Outside
The house has 2 terraces. One by the kitchen, and the other, one step out from the livingroom. Both with space for sunbathing and eating. The large pool with its bay view has a wonderful, tranquil lawn area with sun all day.
Coast/Beach
It is a 5 minute walk to the Illetas beach.
Golf
The famous Real Bendinat Royal Golf Course is a 2 min drive away. Many other excellent golf courses are within a short drive.
Travel
Palma airport is 15 minutes away by car. The Palma bus (no 3) runs frequently with the bus stop some steps down hill.
Distances
The center of Palma is only 10 minutes away as is the Portals Nous yacht club.

Restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance.
Booking notes
The price of the house includes the rent and the end cleaning charge. For the booking to be valid we need a deposit of 50%, which should be made within a week of booking. You may pay by bank transfer or credit card. The balance is to be paid one month before arrival.
