Not really suitable as on 7th floor with very small lift.
Outside
Balcony with spectatular panoramic sea views. Wooden patio furniture and several hardy plants. Beaches within minutes, sea practically on doorstep
Coast/Beach
Beaches within walking distance to the left and right of apartment.
Golf
Golfers normally find Ibiza unsuitable as the only golf course is limited.
Special interest holidays
Lots of watersports available (paragliding, water skiiing etc). Not for the faint-hearted!
Travel
Airport about 15km - many taxis do this route and are very reasonable. Also buses - the bus depot is very close.
Distances
San Antonio has everything. Supermarket, local organic fruit and veg market, bread shops etc.
Further details
Good pizzerias - David's is the most popular but very busy. There are banks everywhere.

Its a newly acquired apartment (6 girls who had just finsihed A levels) were the first occupants in late May 07, they didn't want to go home! 5 boys from Jersey loved it.
