Casadane's first year as a guest house achieves a rustic but modern ambience, with many patios and terraces offering both sun and shade, ideal for sunbathing or cooling down. Surrounded by it's own wood, orchard and Mediterranean style garden, guests are welcomed to the property by the owners themselves, who can give advice and suggestions on the best places of interest to visit in the local area. Just a 15 minutes walk into the ancient town of Arta, an ideal destination for a countryside holiday/retreat.

Accommodation comprises of 2 double and 2 twin rooms with two bathrooms on the 1st floor, complete with it's own charming west facing, large veranda, offering a cool tranquill sanctuary for reading and a rest from the sun, overlooking the totally enclosed 2 acre orchard and wooded area, a different level to the owners, providing autonomy and privacy. The property offers a lovely open fireplace in the spacious lounge for cool evenings complete with Sat TV, dining areas both indoors and out.

Notes on accommodation
English TV and satillite in all bedrooms. Full use of kitchen, or take advantage of being catered for! Continental breakfast is included. Laundry facilities, Luxury pool table (minimal charge), solarium (minimal charge). Good sized swimming pool. Car hire is advisable to tour this beautiful island, we do, however, offer an airport pick-up and drop off service and daily transport to various locations can be arranged (these services are extra). We also have cot facilities, booster seats, and child car seat. One of our twin rooms has a generous sofa bed, which enables 4 children to share the room, offering excellent value for money.

There are stairs up to the house and accommodation.
Outside
BBQ area, private swimming pool (10m x 5m), a large wooden dining table outside the patio doors of the room overlooking the swimming pool, various tables and chairs around the patios of the house and garden, enabling you the choice of sun or shade. The property is totally fenced and surrounded with its own trees, giving you the feeling of seclusion and privacy.
Coast/Beach
8 minutes driving distance to several beaches including Canyamel, Colonia San Pere, 15 minutes to Los Pinos.
Golf
Canyamel Golf 1.5km, Capdepera Golf, Pula Golf and Son Serveral located just 5 minutes by car.
Travel
40 minutes to Palma Airport, car hire is recommended.
Distances
3 minutes drive/10 minutes walk to Arta. 6 minutes to Caves of Arta, 40 minutes to Palma, 25 minutes to the Zoo, 25 minutes to the Caves of Drac, 30 minutes to Calor Millor (all by car).
Further details
Tennis, squash, diving, horse riding, cycling, hiking, windsurfing or swimming are within an 8 km radius of Casadane. Arta provides many restaurants and bars, including Chinese, Italian, German and Mallorcan, some offering English dishes. Several banks, a post office, shops and supermarkets are in the town centre, with a Medieval Monastery just outside.

It´s hard to imagine somewhere more idylically located than Casadane. After a hectic day sightseeing, or a long lazy day on the beach, you come back to the perfectly stunning, tranquil place that we all dream of being our own.
