My delightful 250 year old pretty Menorcan house still retains its original charm whilst having been updated for modern living. Enclosed on 3 sides by landscaped gardens, scented with lavender, citrus fruit and fig trees. A bourganvilia shaded front terrace draped with grape vines invites you through to the front door to the downstairs hallway. The kitchen window looks out onto the orange and lemon trees. The lounge looks out onto the countryside with the occasional visiting sheep to the window, the 2 downstairs bedrooms look out onto the small orchard whilst the upstairs small bedroom looks out onto the pool and the main bedroom again onto the countryside.

Notes on prices
Price is for up to 6 people per week for a 2 week min stay. For 1 week holidays please add a fixed 75 supplement. Additional guests up to a maximum of 8 please please add 75 per person per week. Price includes bed linen and indoor use towels. Discounts for lets of 3 weeks or more.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible - please ask. Check in time 3pm. Check out time 11am unless previously arranged to the contrary.

Large country kitchen with table big enough for all. Gas hob and oven, microwave. Large fridge/freezer. All cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, mixer/blender, pine dresser, small sofa. |
| Living Rooms: |
With original beamed ceilings and views out to farmland. 2 sofas and traditional Menorcan furniture. Satellite TV FTA channels. The 2 downstairs single bedrooms are off the main living room backed by the main bathroom. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen for each guest are included in the price and are changed by arrangement. Please bring own beach and pool towels. The house will be cleaned before arrival. Check in time is 3pm, check out 11am unless by prior agreement. |
Notes on accommodation
Please note due to its location you will experience a little aircraft noise. This has not caused problem to any guests to date but my prices reflect this. If you have any questions on this please phone me.

Accessibility
The house is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Outside a path through the garden leads to the private pool area. The large terrace has a beautiful 9x5m pool surrounded by plenty of paved space to play and relax in. A grassed area along one side invites children to play. Guests can relax on an assortment of sun loungers, chairs and table. The pool is cleaned twice weekly.
Coast/Beach
The fabulous beach of Cala'n Porter is just 5km away as is another favourite virgin beach, Cala Mesquida, 7km away. Other favourites on the South Coast are Son Bou, Es Grau and Santa Thomas.
Travel
5 minutes from the airport by car. 10 minutes from Mahon, 5 minutes from Sant Climent. Car hire suggested to be neccessary.
Distances
The delightful town of San Climent which has supermarkets and restaurants is 2 miles away. Mahon and Ciutadella are close by and are buzzing with restaurants and shops and have many cobbled back streets to wander through.

25% deposit (returnable) at time of booking, balance 10 weeks before departure. A £200 security deposit is required to be paid to my key holders as damage security deposit.
