Tastefully decorated. 5 minute walk from the various local bars, restaurants shops and the historic local church. The main house sleeps 6 comfortably with room for up to two in the fully equipped studio annexe with bathroom, shower and small kitchen unit. Main bedroom has an extra large double bed and en-suite bathroom, separate dressing and lounge area. There is also a private sun terrace off this bedroom with stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains and distant sea views. Off-street secure parking for 2 cars. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are decorated in traditional Mallorcan style with a touch of contemporary and can accommodate 2 adults in each room (twin bedded), adjacent to a spacious family bathroom. All main house bedrooms have air-conditioning and central heating. There is a fully fitted kitchen and utility room with usual fixtures.

House is set in an elevated position with stairs upon entry. Internal staircase up to sleeping area and again down to garage. Steps down to pool and around garden.

Separate dining and lounge area on terrace providing ideal accommodation for outdoor living. Sun loungers and small cafe table around pool area. Garden and pool area has privacy fencing on all sides. Square swimming pool approx 5x5m. Pool can be heated at additional charge. Separate outdoor BBQ provided, along with sun loungers. Large terrace area provides shaded space for lounging and eating.

Coast/Beach
Approx 5 mins drive / 25 mins walk to the Cala Deia. Otherwise other sandy beaches are a short drive away.

Golf
Nearest golf Course 30 minute drive.

Skiing
Nearest offered in Puerto Soller.

Palma airport - 45 min drive away.

Distances
5 mins walk to centre of village and main attractions. 30 mins walk to Deia Cove. Soller and various shops approximately 20 mins drive. Picturesque village of Valldeamossa approx 20 mins drive.
