The restored finca located on a 9000sqm large property on a hillside close to the golf course in natural surroundings with terraces, woods and expansive sea views. St. Eulalia is 10 mins, Ibiza town with its shops, restaurants and nightlife 10 mins and the nearest beaches 5 mins by car. 3-4 times a week we have Yoga classes, 1 night meditation evening, offers like medical Massages, pedicure, laser therapy, hairstyling etc. can be asked for. It is a place where high Tibeten Lamas gave several retreats and you feel the freedom at this place. Not a 'party place' at all, it's a place where you can relax and gather new energy. Many restaurants and shops in the close vicinity. Sol d'en Serra is an isolated bay with lounge beds and a restaurant by the sea - it is one of the highlights of the island, right in front of your door. The property is suitable for persons wishing to relax and enjoy their time in a peaceful setting. The chlorine-free saltwater invites to chill.

Please ask for the prices for the other times of the year - they belong on your time of stay etc. - long term stays are welcome. Can Way house can be rented the whole winter from November to April. The other studios are available the whole year. Please contact us.
Changeover day
We have free dates of arrival. The day you come, you can enter the studio between 13-14 o'clock. If you leave you have to go out at 11 o'clock - but you can store your luggage in the property.

| The 'Lux Studio' is connected to the main house - approx. 70 qm, has its own entrance, full installed kitchen, bathroom with bath tub - it is located in the rocks of the old stables, a spacious living and sleeping room, 2 single beds, and one of 160/200 bed in a sleeping corner. approx. for 2 people. The studio can be rented throughout the whole year because of central heating. It has a big outdoor terrace infront of the salt-water pool with sea view - surrounded by a beautiful garden and fishpond. The decoration is in a Morrocan style. | |

| The 'apartment' is connected to the main house of the Finca in lush gardens on a hillside above the golf course. The studio is approx. 40 qm, has its own entrance, a dining area and a breakfast kitchen with a 2 ring gas plate and a water boiler, fridge and all kitchen facilities, large shower/bathroom with WC and 2 washbasins and an additional gas heater, 2 100/200 singel beds with two separate mattresses, central heating. It is suitable for 2 persons. Dining space indoors and outdoors on the apartments terrace. It can be rented through the whole year because of the central heating. | |

| The 'Honeymoon' is connected to the main house of the Finca at the top level, with a magnificant sea view, sunrise, roof terrace from which you can overlook the whole property with pool, tempel, garden, forrest etc. It is approx. 40 qm living and sleeping area in an Indian style with sahris, double bed of 160/200 of one mattress, outdoor kitchen with fridge, 4-plate gas stove, outdoor shower bathroom and WC. It is suitable for 2 people. Dining space indoors and outdoors on the roof terrace with wonderful view. | |
Notes on accommodation
Medical massages are available, It is a place for relaxation. There is a tempel for yoga and meditation, you also can ask for beauty bonbons, that can be booked upon request, such as: laser therapy, massages, pedicure, hairstyling etc. There are Yoga teachers giving classes at request - for beginners as well as for 'Profis', Meditation evenings. The property is suitable for persons wishing to relax and enjoy their holiday in a peaceful and tranquil setting and is not a party place! The chlorine-free saltwater pool invites to chill accompanied by realxing music and sea view and is only for houseguests and inhabitants to use. Good transportation connections. It is also not a place for children as a playground area. Kids are welcomed if the parents understand, that the guests are here for getting the peace and tranquil surrounding they are looking for.
We hope that the explanations of the house philosophy are clear enough - still we have sad experiences with wrong expactations.
Accessibility
Because of the landscape the property is not really suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The property has 9000qm of ground, a beautiful garden, fishpond, forest in the back, sea view, a lot of chill-out places, tables and corners to be private. The salt-water pool is 15 x 5 m x 2.50 deep. The pool area is just for the house guests and owner (approx. 8-10 people).
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches next door - Cala Llonga, Sol d'en Serra which is a highlight with its chillout bed, restaurant and special location, Cala Olivera - which is a quiet small beach - away from tourist activities, but because the island is only 35 km long and 30 km wide, you reach a lot of nice beaches everywhere. We will help you find what you like to have.
Golf
The Finca is situated near the unique 19 hole golf court on the island. Thus golf lovers like to book their holidays in this magnificant surrounding. Only 5 minutes by car down the hill you reach the golf entrance.
Special interest holidays
In the pre and after season we have yoga teachers who are coming for 6-8 weeks - coming with their own studens for week retreats where you can join if there is still available place. The groups are not bigger then 10 people and it is always a mix between yoga, relaxation and free time.
Travel
Ibiza airport 15 km only, with the highway in 15 minutes to reach. We have car hire connections - so please ask.
Distances
You have 10 minutes to drive to Ibiza town and 10 minutes to St. Eulalia. Cala Llonga 5 minutes.

Hallo. My name is Uli. I live on this little island since 30 years. I found the property 15 years ago as a ruin and set up a place, where people can have space and peace to recharge their batteries. With Yoga and Meditation-Classes we offer a help in finding relaxation for stressed guests. It's surrounding is nature and a great sea view. As it is so close to the beach you really do not waist time to reach the seaside even if you only like to stay some hours. But as the place is also very good connected to reach the main highway, St. Eulalia and Ibiza Town you have a lot of opportunities to enjoy also the night life. The house is NO Party Place----Hope that you can enjoy our home like we do..
