The villa is set in a quiet location with sea view and private pool. The bedrooms, which are very spacious, are located on the ground floor with access to the pool. The main terrace, which is accessed either from the kitchen or lounge, has all the necessary furniture for alfresco living. The villa enjoys the sun until the very last moment of the sunset. It is hard to believe the villa is only 5 minutes from the fashionable yachting harbour of Puerto Portals and 10 minutes easy drive into the historic City of Palma where the beautiful cathedral in Palma is well worth a visit along with excellent shopping.

Changeover day
We try to be flexible on changeover day where possible.
Arrival time is after 4pm and departure no later than 10am unless by prior arrangement.

Accessibility
Due to property being located on 2 levels this villa may be unsuitable for the disabled or infirm.
Outside
Private terrace area with walk-in swimming pool located in mature gardens with sunbeds and outdoor shower. Access to the pool area is directly from the bedrooms or from lounge. Access to the first floor terrace is from kitchen or lounge with dining tables, BBQ and great view. This terrace is partially covered to provide some shade! Absolutely huge roof terrace for those sun worshippers, with good sea view.
Coast/Beach
The nearby beach at Puerto Portals is 3 mins drive or 10 mins walk away, and a range of beaches from Illetes and Bendinat to Palmanova are all only 10 mins drive away.
Golf
Golfers are spoilt for choice. In addition to the local Bendinat course, Santa Ponsa and Son Vida golf resorts are all within 20 mins drive.
Travel
Fly to Palma airport - Costa D'en Blanes is approx 15km from the airport. Cheap flights available from all major low cost airlines. Also check out FlyBMI from Heathrow and British Airways from Gatwick if booking well in advance as they also offer good prices. Car hire is advisable although local taxis are always available and cheap!
Further details
The villa is set above Puerto Portals with its designer shops and range of restaurants and bars and overlooks the beautiful marina. Central Palma is 10 mins away by car with its many historic sites, restaurants, glamorous nightlife and extensive shopping. The beautiful areas of Deia, Validemossa and Soller are 20-30 mins drive away, making this a very central and well-placed base for enjoying the island to the full.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the rental must be paid at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental. Full payment is due at time of booking if within 8 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable.
