Another double bedroom with en suite as part of the house although separate entrance and an annex comprising of a double bedroom, bathroom and lounge, again part of the main building but with its own entrance. It has a large lounge and dining room (seating for 10). Kitchen with separate utility room. It has a private pool with paved lounging area and waterfall set in the natural rock, spacious terrace dining area with large dining table overlooking the pool (with cover if needed for shade), large top terrace for sumptuous lounging and great for entertaining with amazing views of the Mediterranean (separate terrace room for more lounging indoors with panoramic views and Sky TV if the view is not enough), cooler for drinks/glasses/dishwasher etc. Ambient outdoor lighting on all levels, telephone/fax and Sky TV. Prices are for the property per week in euros. N.B: We prefer not to use Saturday as a change over day if possible.
Changeover day
change over day is flexible and depends on previous clients but we do prefer to avoid Saturday's were possible.

2nd bedroom with fully marble en suite with balcony and large windows, gorgeous antique bed with chest of drawers and large built in wardrobes.
Beds 3 & 4 both ample sized twin rooms with wardrobes and drawers.
Bed 3 with Family bathroom tiled throughout with vanity unit, shower/bath, wc and bidet. Bed 4 with en-suite and separate entrance.
All rooms have new white bedding and dressed with cushions and throws to add colour, with either mirrors, art or both.
All beds and bedding is new.
Entrance to house with large dresser and mirror, lovely dining room seating 10.Lounge with patio doors onto main dinning terrace, large double windows that overlook the pool terrace and natural rock (lit at night) with two large sofas large antique coffee table, fireplace and large flat screen TV.

Notes on accommodation
Both main house and all bedrooms and annex are fully air conditioned. There is an open fire in the main house lounge. We do not encourage families with young children as the layout is just not suitable.
Accessibility
Unsuitable for less able bodied people or wheelchairs.
Outside
The villa has a private pool 5x3m. It has many garden areas on different levels, there are 8 sun loungers on the private pool terrace, there is a lovely stone covered seating/lounging terrace near by the pool with its own fridge and a large fan, the next terrace has a large dinning table with 2 carvers and 8 dining chairs, to the top terrace there are outdoor sofas and coffee tables, very sumptuous day bed/loungers, a double bed/lounger along with a cafe table and four chairs, with its own outhouse with fridge.
Coast/Beach
The villa has sea views. The nearest beaches are approx 15 - 20 minutes away by car. Cala Deia which is a 'local' pebble bay with very popular fish restaurant and the beautiful beach at Lluc-Alcari another 5 minutes on just outside deia. Of course there are many more stunning beaches in the North West but more of a day out.
Golf
Son Termens Golf Course is approx 15 minutes by car from Valldemossa, it is known for being warm and friendly as well as its excellent conditions and stunning hillside location, all levels of golfers can enjoy its challenge. Its elevated clubhouse is just off the 18th and overlooks the entire course.
Special interest holidays
The villa is set in the Tramanura conservation area and has many walks for either a gentle stroll or more energetic enthusiasts, and very popular with cyclists.
Travel
Palma airport is approx 25 mins by car. Car hire or use of a car is recommended.
Distances
Valldemossa is approx 4km. Deia is approx 10km. Palma is 40km from the villa. Soller is 20km from villa.
Further details
Valldemossa has a supermarket, banks, restaurants and cafes and Deia has some of Mallorca's finest restaurants. Palma has excellent shopping a beautiful cathederal and a number of trendy boutique hotels.
