There is a huge garden which looks like a green wood with typical Mallorcan plants and trees. There are 2 large terraces and a spacious barbecue. It is a Pollensa resort, very quiet. There is a chimney that you can use in winter time. In Crestatx there is a chapel, 5 minutes walk.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Extras: +100 euros for final cleaning. Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
The minimum rental period is one week. As an inventory and breakage deposit, amount of 200 euros, that you leave in cash, and you get it back on the departure date.
Changeover day
You are welcome to arrive and depart on whatever days you wish. Minimum length of stay is one week.

Booking notes
To confirm your booking we require a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday, together with a signed booking form. We will hold a reservation request for 36 hours, after which, if the deposit has not been received we will assume cancellation of the request. The balance payment must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date and is non refundable.
