The roof terrace has a relaxing hammock swing seats 3, dining table and chairs plus bar be que. Facilities for drying and airing clothes. The entrance drive is private and accessed via a secure garage entrance and side gate.

Colonia has its own sandy green flag beach. Surrounding beaches on this coast line vary from white sand to rocky coast all within a short walk or by car.
There are many local sandy beaches, bays and villages.

About the owner
I live with my husband and daughter in a small Somerset village near Bath, we love the country side and being by the sea. Here in the Uk we have the country side and the wonderful location of Colonia San Perre provides our dream of being by the sea, and in a warm climate.
We bought the house in 2007 and try to visit as frequently as we can. The village of Colonia is so relaxing and a real tonic from the stress of our working world.
The house is a real home from home, very comfortable, secure, we have furnished to ensure it offers a relaxing, functional luxury.
The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for the cooks amongst you.
It is just 300 metres from the house to the village beach the promenade offers family run restaurants where you can sit and watch the world go by, and sunsets.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Our friends introduced to the village in 2006, we loved irt so much we took a stroll around the village and found the house being built, we contacted the builder directly, we fell in love with the roof terrace which has the best views in the village. Directly behind you have the mountains, in front the bay of Alcudia and out to sea.
We are surrounded by nature reserves, and areas of natural beauty. There are many species of birds which come to this part of the island.
It is easy to get to the village and an excellent point to explore all parts of the island with its' excellent Ma15 and other link routes.
Unique benefits of the property
The jacuzzi is a real treat to relax in after a day at the beach, in cooler months it comes into its, own as the temperature can be turned up for a warm dip under the stars.
Dining can be indoors, outdoors on the coverred sundeck or on the roof terrace. The sunsets from the roof are trully breathtaking.
