The village of Colonia features a small fishing/yachting harbour, shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Situated just a short 20 minutes car ride to Alcudia, Can Picaforte and only 10 minutes from the ancient town of Arta. The beaches on this coast line are sandy ideal for bathing and other leisure water pursuits. The many charming neighborouring villages offer fresh markets, cafes and shops.

Living Rooms: Living area comprises 2 large leather sofas, 2 large coffee tables, sideboard and library unit. Music system, 32' LCD screen and DVD system. 2 dining areas both seating 6, one offer’s internal dining the other located on the covered dining deck.
Other: Outdoor coverred dining area on the sun terrace, overlooking sun deck and spa pool. Roof terrace, ideal sun deck and entertaining area, stunning views of village and bay.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Cleaning is completed every Saturday (weekly). Jacuzzi maintained weekly.

The house is entered via 4 steps to main door. Internally has 2 flights of marble staircases leading to bedrooms and roof terrace.

The large roof terrace enjoys 360* views of mountains, sea and village. The sun deck offers 2 teak sunloungers 4 teak deck chairs, dining table and 6 chairs. The roof terrace has 6 fabric sun loungers. Facilities for drying and airing clothes. The entrance drive is private and accessed via a secure garage entrance and side gate.

Coast/Beach
Colonia has its own sandy green flag beach. Surrounding beaches on this coast line vary from white sand to rocky coast all within a short walk or by car.
There are many local sandy beaches, bays and villages.

There are 5 top quality golf courses within 20 - 30 mines from the village.
