This beautiful 5 bedroom villa is in an elevated secluded position surrounded by beautiful countryside and distant sea views in the San Agustin area close to San Jose, San Antonio and an easy drive to Ibiza town. The villa is perfectly located for easy access to the best beaches on the Island at Cala Bassa, Cala Conte and Cala Tarida all of which are no more than a 10-15 minute drive away. The Villa is extremely spacious and has a fine blend of charming traditional Spanish features as well as slick modern comforts enhancing your Villa Mardi Gras experience. The villa also boasts a superb central 'feature' courtyard with a BBQ which is perfect for parties and alfresco dining and also benefits from a full Sky satellite system to ensure you don’t miss any of your favourite TV series or sport. The Villa is always very popular with families and those seeking an 'away from it all' experience but is NOT suitable for "boisterous" groups wanting a "party" base. All male groups are not allowed.

For 2 week bookings a 10% discount on the price of the second week is applied.

Notes on accommodation
The downstairs master suite also has a wall mounted flat screen LCD TV connected to the SKY satellite system. The studio bedroom (annexe) with twin beds which has separate access from the pool terrace either shares the upstairs bathroom with the two twin rooms or can use the independent shower and WC in the utility room annexe. This room is however remote from those facilities as guests will have to walk around the outside of the pool terrace and up into the main house and groups of friends allocating rooms should note that this room should be viewed as the "short straw". Great for privacy but inconvenient for the shower and toilets.The annexe room also does not have air conditioning.

Outside
There are several sunbathing terraces on several levels both around the pool area and upstairs. Sunbeds and cushions are provided for 10 people.
Coast/Beach
The villa is perfectly located for easy access to the best beaches on the Island at Cala Bassa, Cala Conte, Cala Tarida, Cala Moli and Cala Vedella all of which are no more than a 10-15 minute drive away.
Travel
The villa is approximately 20 minutes away from Ibiza airport and 25 minutes away from Ibiza port by car. Car hire is essential.
Distances
San Agustin village is 5 minutes away, San Jose and San Antonio are 10 minutes away and Ibiza town 20 minutes.
Further details
Please note that the Villa does have neighbours and whilst they are not directly in view it is not permitted to have noisy late night parties by the pool area as this will cause a disturbance. The Villa is not suitable for 'rowdy' groups.
To keep our rental costs to you as low as we can we operate a self check in system. Details will be sent when the final balance is paid. Map and key details will follow when we have flight arrival details and address for us to send them. Our caretaker (English lady) offers a "check in" service if you wanted where she will meet you close by at an easy to find location and check you (or any earlier arrivals) in and show you around on arrival for which she charges €30 Euros before 10 pm and €50 after (paid directly to her in resort). She comes up to see you anyway usually next morning to collect the damage deposit but if you are not confident with directions and maps and want to be shown around it might be wise to book this and I'll forward details of how to arrange to meet her.
Booking notes
A deposit of 15% of the booking fee is required on reservation and a further 15% 90 days before arrival and the full balance is required 30 days before arrival. Please note there is a 800 euros (or equivalent) damage deposit payable on arrival in cash this is fully refundable on departure assuming no damage, losses or breakages have occurred. Payment is made in euros and the total booking price will be fixed at the interbank exchange rate on the day of reservation. The Euro price is then fixed.
