The entrance to the property is via a delightful patio area, with feature fountain. Upon entering the residence, you will be presented with the kitchen and bar area with all mod cons and a small breakfast area. Just off the kitchen area is bedroom 4 with its twin beds and en suite shower room. Prior to climbing the stairs to the large living room, dining room and library you pass by the laundry room with washer and dryer and a WC. On your right is bedroom 2 with double bed and en suite bathroom. Following the stairs up one more small flight is the master bedroom.

Living Rooms: Living room with 3 seater sofa and twin sofa located next to dining room which comfortable seats 6. 42" plasma screen with Satellite TV. Sky full sports coverage. Wifi connection with broadband internet.

3 km to nearest beach. Approximately 5 minutes by car. Nearest beaches are Cala Pada, Agua Blancas, Cala Bosch and Cala Nova.

Santa Eulalia is the second biggest town in Ibiza and as such has all facilities including over 10 banks, over 10 supermarkets, 2 nightclubs, over 10 bars and over 50 restaurants. The best of which is Daffers located on the restaurant street.

Booking notes
Non-refundable 30% to confirm booking plus further 70% no later than one month prior to arrival. There is also a £500 breakages deposit.

In the 20 years that we have been renting this house, we have only ever had two complaints. That is a total of 2 from approximately 500 rentals.
