Changeover day
The rental period is from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is from 1400 onwards on day of arrival. The apartments must be vacated by 1000 on departure day. It may be possible to have limited use of the apartments during this period, subject to prior arrangement

Villa ‘Sa Raconda’ - Upper Appt

The upper apartment consists of one double en suite bedroom and also a large family room with bunk-beds and a single bed, as well as a separate bathroom. The large entrance hall leads into a spacious open-plan kitchen, diner and living room. Both apartments come fully furnished. The modern kitchens include an oven and hob as well as a microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a TV for use with the DVD player in the lounge area, where you will also find a Mini-Disc Hi-Fi system.

Villa ‘Sa Raconda’ - Lower Appt

In the downstairs apartment, you will find a similar-styled living area and kitchen, off which their are two double bedrooms and one single room with bunk beds ideal for children or teenagers, as well as a wc and shower room. Both apartments come fully furnished. The modern kitchens include an oven and hob as well as a microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a TV for use with the DVD player in the lounge area, where you will also find a Mini-Disc Hi-Fi system.

Outside
The beautifully-presented and well-maintained pool and sun-lounge area offers tenants of the whole villa complete privacy, or joint-use of the facilities if the apartments are rented separately.

Coast/Beach
Ibiza is a fairly small island and is surrounded by many beautiful beaches. There are the very popular beaches located at every town or many small interesting coves to be found off the beaten track.

Golf
There is a golf course at Roca Lisa, just a short journey from the villa.

Distances
As with most properties on the island, you are never far from anywhere.
However, for your convenience it might be worth considering the hire of a car to make your stay more pleasurable and enable you to reach the shops and restaurants within minutes, as well as giving you the opportunity to explore the delights of Ibiza at your leisure.
There is ample car parking space outside the front of the Villa.

Booking notes
Please note that a deposit will be required to hold against any possible damage to the inventory of the apartments. This must be left upon arrival on receipt of the keys and will be returned once an inspection of the apartment has been made on the day of departure. The deposit will be 500 Euros, payable in cash.
Upon receipt of the keys, you will also be given the telephone number of the housekeeper, who should be contacted if there are any problems during your stay.
