Apartment is bright and spacious with terrace to front and rear. It is in a good location with ferry service to Cala Bassa, Cala Comte and San Antonio. There is also an hourly bus service from other side of beach. Apartment is very suitable for families with small children. There is a good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The apartment is cleaned before arrival. Fresh linen and a good supply of towels are provided. Additional cleaning is available at an extra cost. Please note that we do not supply beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
There is also a playstation with selection of games and a selection of books for guests use. We expect our guests to look after the apartment as if it was their own, to be respectful to the neighbourhood, observing noise level. No smoking allowed inside apartment.

Outside
The apartment has a front terrace and rear terrace which has outside table and chairs for alfresco dining. The rear terrace overlooks two well maintained swimming pools (main pool and children’s pool).
Coast/Beach
This apartment is situated by the beach. Access is by private lockable gate. Port des Torrent beach is a lovely sandy beach with safe bathing.
Travel
Airport is approx 25 minutes from apartment by car/taxi.
Distances
There is a ferry service to Cala Bassa, Cala Comte and San Antonio and also an hourly bus service to San Antonio. Buses to all parts of the Island can be found in San Antonio.
Distances by car: San Antonio – 10 minutes; San Jose – 10 minutes; Ibiza Town – 30 minutes

Many local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Local hire of baby equipment available, if required.
Booking notes
50% is to be paid at time of booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit of £250 by cheque is also required 6 weeks prior to arrival which will be refunded subject to there being no damage or breakages and on return of keys.
