The house is situated on a hillside, very sunny, yet surrounded by pine trees. It has six double bedooms and three bathrooms. A view dining terrace and a supersized sunbathing terrace next to the pool. Beautiful views of the countryside and the sea. One mile from the sunset bars, off the road to Santa Agnes. Satellite television. Air-conditioning in the principal rooms and fans. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, wi-fi, plenty of parking.

Changeover day
This is the first year of rental and therefore we can be a little flexible on arrivals and departure dates. However guests will be expected to leave by 11 on day of departure and arrivals will be after 5.

The house is well equipped with sheets and towels. The house will be cleaned once in a weekly rental. Longer rentals arrangements can be discussed. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is not suitable for families with young children as it would be difficult to watch the children at all times regarding the pool...and in addition there is no shallow end.
Accessibility
The house would be difficult for wheelchair users wishing to participate with their group at the pool. Also there are steps to levels on the main level.
Outside
The gardens are small but pretty, with bougainvilea, lavender, hibiscus, honeysuckle and jasmine. There is also a massive bird of paradise on the pool terrace. There is plenty of shade under the mimosa for the book readers. Ten sunbeds. Chairs and table for snacks adjacent to the pool. BBQ on dining terrace.
Coast/Beach
The house is easily accessed from the airport by taking the San Jose road. This road accesses all the west coast beaches, always regarded as some of the most beautiful ones.
The house is closest to Cala Gracio about a mile. A sandy beach with a lovely beach bar, where the owner Vicente speaks great English and for the discerning will always make a grill of fresh fish. Cala Salada is about two miles to the north of the property. Small ferries run to and fro all day to favourite sandy beaches.
Travel
Ibiza airport is about twenty minutes from the house. The use of a car would be essential.
Distances
The closest restaurant to the house is along the lane. An historic evening restaurant...for when you don't want to drink and drive. San Antonio is less than 5 minutes by car, with all its amenities and shops. This year has seen the opening of a wonderful new sea walk. Santa Agnes is a pretty drive to the north. Santa Gertrudis about twelve kilometres.
Further details
San Antonio has two great waterview breakfast stops, one at Ritas Bar and the other at the yacht club - great value 4 euros for continental breakfast, hanging over the sea. Ibiza has all the luxury shops you could want - open until midnight in August. The owner will leave list of all the super restaurants.
Booking notes
To reserve the villa, a fifty per cent deposit is required. The remainder of the payment is due four weeks before arrival. A good housekeeping deposit will be charged of 1000 euros.
