Villa Sabina is a privately owned family villa, detached and situated in its own grounds with well maintained gardens and private swimming pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, large rear terrace with built in BBQ. There are 2 terraces to the front of the villa - 1 at first floor level accessed from the lounge/dining room and 1 at ground floor level around the pool accessed from the bedrooms. The ground floor terrace also has a covered area and outside shower. The villa is extremely well furnished and equipped. Villa Sabina is situated in the Port of Addaya which is a desirable location on the north coast of the island, 20 minutes from the airport. The Port, several local restaurants and shops are a short walk away whilst a number of fabulous beaches are within a 5 minute drive. The villa, gardens and pool are fully maintained and serviced by local ex patriots.

Fully fitted kitchen with wide range of base/wall units, double s/steel sink with mixer taps, marble work surface, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Full range of cutlery, crockery and utensils. |

Fully tiled utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, range of shelving, cleaners sink, safe, main water heater. There is a range of cleaning equipment available and also an extensive library of books are kept. |

Living room with open fire, 3 and 2 seater sofas, single rocker chair, TV, video, DVD, XBox, CD player. Range of audio CDs and DVD films and games. Dining room with pine table and 6 chairs. Pine dresser. |

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are included. The property is fully cleaned with a linen change prior to arrival. For guests staying for more than one week a weekly linen change and partial clean is carried out. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is air-conditioned and is also equipped with fans, should people prefer these. There are also heaters for use early/late in the season.

Outside
First floor front terrace accessed from the lounge/dining room with glass topped wicker table and 6 matching chairs. Outside lights. Ground floor front terrace around pool accessed from all bedrooms and perimeter path. Outdoor seating including large swing chair, 6 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs. Shaded area with hammock. Outside shower. Pool and external lights. Pool area is private, bound by either the villa or by hedging. Rear first floor terrace and dining area with built in BBQ and tiled preparation area. Dining table and 8 chairs. Access from villa and via steps from the rear garden. External lighting and power sockets. Rear paved ground floor terrace. A rotary clothes drier is situated here. There are mature fruit trees and also a variety of other planting not least of which are the spectacular bougainvillea plants which are to the front and side elevations and also the pool house. Private driveway.
Coast/Beach
There is a small beach at Na Macaret and also a beautiful large horseshoe shaped beach at Arenal. Both these beaches are about a 5 minute drive away. The Port of Addaya itself is a short stroll away as is the other coastline surrounding Addaya.
Golf
The only golf course on the Island, Son Parc, is approximately a 15 minute drive away.
Travel
The airport at Mahon is approximately a 20 minute drive away. Car hire is not essential but as with anywhere on the island would enhance the experience of Menorca.
Distances
There are 3 local restaurants, 2 bars, a grocery store, a newsagents, a nautical outlet and a dive school within a short walk of the villa. Beyond this the villages of Macaret and Arenal are about a 5 minute drive away. Mahon is about a 20 minute drive whilst Ciutadella about 30 minutes.
Further details
The island is renowned for its sailing and diving both of which are available from Addaya. The dive school in Addaya (ULMO) is very good and is British owned and operated. There are details in the villa of sailing contacts. Food and drink forms the basis of a good holiday and there is an incredible selection of quality restaurants available. There are recommendations and commendations kept at the villa. There is a wide range of flora and fauna on Menorca and again there are books kept at the villa which will inform you. If history is of interest the island has a long and varied one. There are many prehistoric structures to visit and also examples of forts etc from the British occupation. A history of the island together with guides to where the monuments are located is in the villa. There are many other activities which could be of interest, for example the Fiestas or the trotting races. A wide selection of guide books are maintained at the villa and also guests are encouraged to record their experiences.
