Notes on accommodation
The apartment and building has been extensively refurbished by Arte Express to the highest standards using light and texture in their design process whilst retaining original features. The apartment boasts fantastic arcitecture including original roman arches, wood parque flooring and high ornate ceilings.

There are many golf courses a short car ride away from the apartment. The nearest ones are located at Bendinat, Son Vida and Santa Ponsa approximately 15 mins by car.

A non returnable 25% deposit is required at time of booking by means of bank transfer and full payment is required on arrival at the apartment. we also require 100 euro refundable deposit to cover damages and breakages.
