Accessibility
There steps down from the top of the road, half way down is the apartment and then further steps down to the beach.
Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
The L-shaped patio is very large and private. It has a table and chairs.
The sea view from the patio is magnifcent.
Coast/Beach
Arenal beach has watersports, pedalos. etc.
Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended. (A reputable company can be recommended if required).

There are many places of interest throughout the island.

Booking notes
30% deposit is required to secure any bookings with the balance due 8 weeks before holiday date begins. Also a refundable deposit of £125 will be required for breakages.
