Lovely house with fantastic homely atmosphere perfectly positioned for discovering the surrounding areas of Soller, the Port, Deia, Fornalutx, Valldemossa and Biniaraix, by foot, bicycle or car. Good bus links to Palma daily. The old wooden train also runs regularly to Palma and the old San Francisco tram takes you to the sandy beach at the Port.

Notes on accommodation
Not suitable for young children (or very old) as steep tiled staircases with no child safety gates or any equipment for toddlers. Air-conditioning provided in the sitting room and entrada with fans in all bedrooms. Oil central heating and calor gas fires.

Not suitable for those with any mobility problems.
Outside
Lovely large courtyard, with tables and chairs for outside dining. Sunbeds for relaxing. Outside fridge for cold drinks. Sunny aspect with bougainvillea coverage. Pretty Mediterranean style.
Coast/Beach
Sandy Beach at Port Soller, approx 3km away, accessible by car or by local tram which runs frequently throughout the day. Coves in Deia, Cala Tuent, Sa Calobra all accessible by car (Deia by bus).
Golf
Local golf course at Son Termes, about 30 mins away.
Special interest holidays
Great location for serious and not so serious walkers and cyclists. Also great rock climbing area. Amazing countryside to explore and villages to see.
Travel
Palma Airport is approxiametly 30 mins away on main road. Car hire is easily arranged locally if needed.
Distances
Soller Town with its beach, bars, shops and restaurants is 3 mins walk away. Smaller villages of Fornalux/Deia/Biniaraix all walkable (1hour-3hour) or by car (7mins-25mins). Large swimming pool and clay tennis courts 15 mins walk.
Further details
Soller has all the local amenities you could need. Banks, shops, police, medical centre. All closed on Sundays.
Booking notes
Full payment must have been reached 4 weeks prior to arrival. 25% payment on booking. Can be made payable in sterling or euros. Cancellation policy - booking charge fully refundable if 8 weeks notice given. Within 4 notice no refunds.
