Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day however this is flexible out of the peak season. Arrival time at the Penthouse is 15:00 and departure is 10am however this may be negotiable with the owner.

Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking which will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. No bookings are confirmed until the deposit has been received. Balance: The balance must be received 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay or at the time of booking (whichever is sooner). There is a cleaning and laundry charge of 50 euros which will be added to the rent.
