One bedroom apartment which sleeps 4, situated on the fourth floor of a clean and modern looking apartment block, just 200mtrs from the sea front were you can gain access to the sea via steps for snorkelling/swimming etc. There are 2 beaches within walking distance, which both have bars, wc facilities and sun loungers for hire. At the main beach you can hire pedalos or take a diving lesson or have a massage. The town of Illetas is very quiet and unspoilt and is the perfect place to unwind from your hectic working days. There are approximately 8 bars and restaurants where you can buy a selection of food and drinks. There are no noisy bars or disco's. Local bus service into Palma is approximately every 10 minutes and costs 1 euro 20 cents There is also a taxi rank on the main street. Locally there is a supermarket to cater for all your needs, a chemist, tobacconist, two banks and a tourist information office. The apartment block shares a communal pool.

Towels and bedding will be changed once weekly and this is inclusive in the rental cost. You will be responsible for the cleaning of the apartment during your stay. |

Accessibility
The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users, the town of Illetas is quite hilly and persons with mobility problems may struggle.
Outside
A small communal swimming pool which is set in nice gardens with sunny areas and there are some mature trees which provide much wanted shade from the peak heat times. Also there is a roof terrace for those of you who are total sun worshippers.
Coast/Beach
There are two beaches within walking distance to the apartment. The nearest is 5 minutes down hill walk and has approximately 20 sun loungers for hire, 1 bar were you can buy food and drinks and close to the local Spa. The largest beach is a 10 minute walk up/down hill and has 3 or 4 bars who all sell food and drinks. You can also hire pedalos/canoes etc. Take a massage or even take a scuba diving lesson. This beach has about 200 sun loungers for hire and is fantastic for a full day out.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses in the South West region of Mallorca, the nearest and by far the best is the Golf De Bendinat which is a 2 minute taxi drive from the apartment.
Travel
The apartment is approximately 15 minutes in a taxi from Palma airport and costs between 25 and 30 Euros one way. You can also get the bus with one change over which takes approximately one hour and takes you through the main city of Palma. This costs approximately 1 Euro 20 cents pppbus.
Distances
Illetas is 20 minutes on a bus to Palma City and 30 minutes on a bus to Santa Ponsa. It is also close to Puerta Portals, Portal Nous, Palma Nova, Magaluf and many more small towns worth visiting. There is a water park close to Palma Nova.
Booking notes
£100 deposit secures booking (Non-refundable). Remaining balance six weeks before arrival. Cancellation fees 4 weeks before arrival 50% of balance, 2 weeks before arrival 75% of balance.
