The recently refurbished apartment is comfortably furnished and is fully equipped for 6 guests. There is a magnificent view of the lovely horseshoe shaped bay from the very large terrace. There is a bus stop and taxi rank within a 1 minute walk. The beach is a 1 minute walk away and is directly accessible by steps which lead down from the apartment. There is easy access to the shops, restaurants and facilities including a children's play area. There are swimming pools, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

Notes on accommodation
A travel cot is available at the property for small babies, cots/highchairs can be pre-booked and paid for locally. Prices on application. No pets are accepted. We operate a no smoking policy within the apartment.

Accessibility
There is no wheelchair access to the property.
Outside
As you can see from the pictures, the large terrace has uninterrupted views of the bay. It is equipped with sun loungers, built-in BBQ, patio table and chairs for 6, a small covered area to protect from the sun.
Coast/Beach
Beach is accessible by steps leading down from the apartment and is a 1 minute walk. It is also possible to drive which takes 5 minutes.
Golf
Son Parc golf course is 10 to 15 minutes away by car.
Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 17 kms away and takes 25 mins. There is a taxi rank and bus stop situated at the top of the steps of the apartment. There is a bus service to the capital Mahon and the village of Fornells which is famous for it's lobster soup and Es Pla the restaurant where King Juan Carlos is reputed to favour!
Car hire, although not essential, is recommended as there are many places to explore which are not accessible by public transport.
Distances
All facilities in the resort are within walking distance, Alaior and Mercadal are the nearest small towns and are 15 mins by car. As the island is only 56 kms long and 24 kms wide going anywhere takes no longer than 1 hour.
Further details
There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to suit every need. A pharmacy and medical centre is nearby. The resort is well suited to families with small children and there are various forms of entertainment to suit all ages including: mini golf, discos for children plus adult entertainment at the hotels, pedaloes, motor boats, bars with big screens for sports, walking. There is also a trotting track in Mahon (when you can have a flutter) and bowls at S'Algar which is open to the public.
