The apartment is in a block of one of six, on three floors, in a quiet road, that is between the marina, which you overlook and one of the many beaches that are in the area, the apartment has a well kept shared pool, and there is also a nice little bar next door to have anything from a drink for the pool, or a relaxing evening meal, this is a private friendly bar and not part of a complex.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, wc, basin.
Kitchen: You could be at home, the kitchen has, cooker, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster. Hopefully there is all you need plus more to to cater for your needs.
Utility Room: Cupboard includes iron and board, vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket, broom. There is also a safe deposit box.
Living Rooms: The living area is open plan, with a large double sofa bed, there is a TV and DVD player, there are also books and games that at at the disposal of our guests. There is a dining table with four chairs.
Other: There is partially covered balcony that overlooks the pool, with wicker furniture this area offers privicy.

Towels and linen are provided, and changed weekly, unless any other format is required.

A cot or high chair could be provided, but they are not in the apartment as standard.

Accessibility
Access to the apartment is via steps, and is on the third floor.

Outside
The pool area is a shared area, In the apartment there are two fold up sunbeds that may be used by the pool or up on the roof terrace, or you could even take them to the beach. All the apartments are privatly owned, and it is up to each individual owner, as to whether they have pool furniture or not. This area is generally a quiet friendly area, and the pool is of a reasonable size, and is in a mainly sunny position, with shaded areas available.

Coast/Beach
Cala d'or is in an area of several bays, the nearest being 5 mins by foot even if you are a slow walker. There is a boat trip available from the beach to see all the other beaches, or you could take the tourist road train for a small fee. The best beach is Cala Mondrago, which you can get to via the train or car, and offers two beaches in an inlet that is T-shaped. This has a wonderful laid back cafe on it and offers all sorts of items, definitely woth a visit. We can provide a list beaches.

Golf
There are some good golf courses near by, the nearest being Val D'or which is on the outskirts of Cala D'or. Details are in the apartment.

Travel
The airport is at Palma, and is about an hours drive, at the most. It is not essential to hire a car, but like most resorts it does make it easier to get around. Most facilities needed for a great stay are in walking distance. And the transport facilities are good and easy to use.

Distances
Cala D'or, is a walk around the marina, at strolling pace, and looking at the boats and fish is about 20mins, Or via the road it only takes a couple of miles.
Santanyi, is about 6 miles away, and is a nice little town to visit on Market days which are Sat/Wed mornings.
Felanitx is about 10 miles away and has a large market on Sundays. It also worth taking a trip for the monastry on the top of the hill, (which you can see from the apartment) roof terrace offers the best view.

Further details
In the apartment there are two push bikes that you may use (at your own risk). If you want more than a basic bike there are penty to hire, as cycling is very popular on the island.
There are local shops and a supermarket, restaurants all in walking distance. There is an information pack in the apartment with all the essential info in.
There are plenty of paces to visit, that there is not enough space to list them, again there is info in the apartment, if any of these you want to book, there are places to book them only a few mins way by the local shops and restaurants.
