Ours is not a 'book the villa and then sort yourselves out experience'. In our price we include a 5 seater hire car, a meet and greet service that takes you to the front door, and shows you around the villa, and we also include the basics, loo paper, tea, coffee, soap etc, and we offer you a get yourself started shopping service (you pay for this on arrival). Our moto is that your holiday is more important than our own, and that is our total approach to your holiday with us. We believe that we have thought of all your holiday needs, but if you require any bolt ons do let us know. If we can we will, if we cannot we will let you know. The games room is full of videos, has both table tennis and table top football, but most importantly is somewhere the kids can chill, out of the sun and relax. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds, inclusive of 5 seater car.
Changeover day
In the main season we are pretty rigid on Monday changeovers, out of season we try to be flexible.

We have 4 bedrooms, one double en-suite, one bunk room, a further double and a twin. All are air-conditioned. |
| Bathrooms: |
Bathroom one is en-suite, offering bath with overhead shower, bathroom two the same. Secret note to the boys, the additional poolside heated shower, grab it, its the best shower in the house. |
| Kitchen: |
We challenge you to genuinely find something you need that we have not already provided. |
| Other: |
Upstairs we have a tots room. This is crammed with bears, rabbits, mooses, deers, children's furniture, paints, books and toddler videos and TV. NO ADULTS ALLOWED. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Unusualy we provide pool towels on a use and launder basis. You use them you wash and leave them for the next clients. All house linen and toweling is provided, and for those on a two week stay we offer a mid holiday clean. Mums you deserve a break. |
Notes on accommodation
Aside from your meet and greet and escort from the airport to the house, we offer a 'get you started' shopping service. We will send you a form with some suggested items but please this is not a challenge, we once had a client who shopped for the whole two weeks, or so it seemed. This is a complimentary service, all you pay for is what you have ordered. Prior to your holiday departure, we will send you our holiday Island book. This seems to grow every year, it is just us sharing the restaurants and other facilities we have found and are pleased to recommend to you. In the book are some of the art that little clients have sent us, and each year we run a competion to select the best/funniest piece. The prize is always a mystery!

Accessibility
We feel that the house offers pretty good access, although it has not been specifically modified.
Outside
Giant dining table to seat 12, sun loungers galore, pool side bar, roof terrace, games room, basketball hoop and whatever inflateables previous clients have left. First clients of the year get your wallet out.
Coast/Beach
The island is approximately 32 miles by 12, and offers over 200 hundred beaches so you are never more than a stones throw from water. Our local beach is minutes walk from the front door, Binebeca with its great beach bar is 5/10 minutes by car and all around us are cliff walks and varying rock diving experiences.
Golf
There is, we are proud to say a great 18 hole course on the island. We are about 30 minutes drive, so if you feel the need to comprimise the family baggage allowance bring your clubs Dad. If you are good/or bad enough to be able to play with strange clubs, the course offers a full hire service.
Skiing
Menorca we believe has had snow twice in the last 30 years, so no ski's required.
Travel
What do you care? John and Pat will meet you at the airport with car/s and escort you to the villa. Try not to laugh at the long queues of people at the airprt waiting for their minibus to take them to the industrial estate to get their hire car.
Distances
We are 10 minutes drive from a great family operated supermarket offering the very best of island and English product. 15 minutes away is the delightful town of St Lluis, where you can shop like we used to, individual groceries, meat and veg and then sneak into La Ruada cafe bar for a coffee. The capital Mahon is about 25 minutes drive, or 15 with local knowledge.

Our booking process is simple, tell us you would like to holiday with us and we will just wrap you up and try to make your holiday with us as easy and stress free as possible. Upon booking we need a 25% deposit, the ballance 6 weeks before you fly.
