Accessibility
Private parking with lift to top (3rd) floor. Full wheelchair access. Guests have own private parking space and remote control for access to the residence car park.
Outside
Lovely quiet pool within beautiful landscaped gardens. Guests have full use of the pool sun loungers etc. Huge private Penthouse roof terrace with private sun loungers and dining suite. Superb snorkeling etc. in the cove outside the front gate. Feel free to ask for more pics / info. etc
Coast/Beach
Cala Magrana is a quiet low-rise resort with a few bars and excellent restaurants.There are luxury hotels with entertainment just a stroll away.Overall,the Penthouse Is a great base if you want somewhere away from the hustle and bustle but with doorstep facilities, and would like to use it as a central starting point for Island excursions. Cala Mandia beach also has numerous tennis courts and there is a scuba diving school at this beach. By car is a great way to explore this beautiful island.
Golf
Many superb courses nearby, Val D'or Golf Club and Pula Golf club are fantastic. Please feel free to email for details.
Travel
Palma Airport Is approx 45 minutes away. Taxi transfers can be arranged for approx 50 euros. Feel free to contact owners for car hire advice/info. Great flights can be found online with Flyglobespan, Easyjet, Jet2,Ryanair and Thomsonfly.
Distances
There are 3 sandy beaches within walking distance. All are beautiful and very safe. Cala Magrana has beautiful clear Aqua green waters and the beach has been awarded the blue flag. There are also boat trips along this scenic coast. You can take a return trip to Porto Cristo.The boat stops half way and lets passengers have a dip in the crystal clear waters,a treat.Recommended are trips to the towns of Son Servera,Sa Coma, Cala D'or, Porto Colom and Alcudia.All are close by and well worth a visit.
Further details
The Albatros restaurant at the end of the street is excellent. The beach restaurant is also very good, with stunning views and a nice atmosphere. Val D'or Golf Club has a stunning bar/restaurant, with beautiful landscaped gardens and excellent views - well worth a visit. Porto Cristo Nautical Club has a superb bar/restaurant right on the Marina, nice views of the boats/yachts etc.Porto Cristo has a relaxing atmosphere with its tree lined streets and pavement bars and restaurants.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit payable upon booking. The full balance payable 8 weeks before your departure. Payment by cheque or online banking. With last minute bookings the total amount is payable immediately. Penthouse will be availiable from 3pm unless previously arranged. Departure - Penthouse vacated by 11am to facilitate cleaning/checking etc. A £100 returnable cheque as security deposit for Penthouse keys, parking remote,breakages etc. must be sent when paying balance.
