The villa which was finished in April 2007, has been built using local Majorcan stone and marble. Upon entry to the villa, there is a large terraced area. Surrounding the private pool there is an assortment of pool furniture and a barbeque, all elevated above the road for privacy. As you enter the villa the lounge is directly ahead, 3 dark brown leather sofas (one of which can be used as a sofa bed) surround the widescreen TV, which has English channels including ITV and BBC. Also there is a small library of popular DVDs as well as a Playstaion2 with an assortment of games for all the family to enjoy. To the back of the lounge there is a large Spanish dining table that has room to sit 8 people. To the right of that is the door to the kitchen, which has been fitted with a ceramic hob and oven, washing and tumble dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and microwave. With 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, the villa can accommodate 8.

Saturday is changeover day, but we are flexible in the winter months, and shorter stays can be arranged.

Bedroom 2 has the same, both have slate en-suite bathrooms, and along with 3rd bedroom which contains 2 single beds, has central heating and air-conditioning. |

Both en-suite bathrooms have a bath/shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The shower room downstairs has a sink and toilet as well. |

Kitchen includes, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, fridge freezer, iron, washer/tumble dryer, microwave, cockery and cutlery. |

The living room has 3 leather sofa beds, 1 is a double sofa bed. There is a wide screen TV with satellite channels, Playstaion 2, with a selection of games. Also there is a DVD/midi system with a library of DVDs for your enjoyment. |

Accessibility
There are a few large steps to contend with, so may not be suitable for some handicapped people.
Outside
The villa has a private medium sized pool with sun longers, outside seating for 6-8 and a barbeque. Plus there is ample parking.
Coast/Beach
There is a small beach 3 minutes walk from the villa, but the best beaches, some say on the whole of the island, are with in a 30 minute walk or 5 minute car drive. All within the Cala Mondrago national park. There is also a beach used by the 5 star Blau resort which is another 8 minutes from the villa.
Golf
And for those 'Tiger Woods' amongst you there are a variety of golf course spotted all over the island, the closest being Val'dor, 15 minutes towards Porto Cristo. There are seven other golf courses within a 45 minute drive (La Reserva Rotana, San Antem west, San Antem east, Pula, Son Servera, Canyamel, Capdepera).
Special interest holidays
Porto Petro also offers the more adventurous visitors two diving centres, one in Mondrago park and the other, Petro Divers on the harbour street next door to Restaurant Maritimo, which offer SSI certified courses and up to four boat dives a day for the qualified diver. Petro divers also offers broadband internet, free for its customers.
Horse riding is offered from a few places, both on the Mondrago park, one very close to Villa Kaspian, Rancho Jaume is only a 5 minute stroll along the road.
Also situated next to the villa is the 5 star Blau resort. The spa, tennis courts, inside swimming pool and numerous beauty treatments are also offered to non residents.
Travel
Palma airport is 50 minutes away from Porto Petro. Car hire is advised. Buses do run to Cala d'Or and Porto Petro, but car hire is very reasonable on the island.
Distances
10 minute walk to town centre, 5 minute drive to Cala d'Or, 55 minute drive to the city of Palma.

Please email for further info and booking procedures. Full payment must be received 2 weeks prior to departure. Also a 30% damage deposit is required and will be returned within 1 week of exit.
