Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Bookings considered outside dates given, prices given upon enquiry, discounts for long winter lets. Changeover Day is a Tuesday.
2009 - Holidays booked before the end of November 2008 for travel in 2009 will be sold at the 2008 prices. Changeover Day will be a Friday.

The kitchen is a stylish, modern kitchen, fully equipped for self catering and includes electric oven and hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, a large breakfast bar connects the kitchen to the dining area. |
| Utility Room: |
Good sized utility perfect for dumping your 'stuff' after a day at the beach, it contains the washing machine and tumble dryer, seperate wine fridge and washing sink. There is also a rotary washing line for use in the garden (base located out of sight!). |
| Living Rooms: |
The living room is comfortably and tastefully decorated and offers a 32in TV with access to free-to-view Sky channels plus a DVD player. There is a Bose sound system with IPod connector. The dining area is similarly decorated with modern table and chairs. |

The whole villa benefits reverse-cycle air-conditioning and heating units. The villa is very light and airy, and the location very quiet, the perfect combination for a relaxing holiday! |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels, linen and Beach Towels are included. The property is cleaned once a week with a complete laundry change at this time (The villa can be serviced more often - please request at time of booking). The garden and pool are serviced once a week. |
Notes on accommodation
Cots and highchairs can be hired for an extra cost - please request at time of booking. We have a two year old and she has been fine at the villa, although some common-sense is needed regarding the pool, as there is direct access to the pool from the villa.

Accessibility
Although the villa is all on one level, access can be a little restricted as the only route to the villa is via a gravel drive and entrance to the villa is through big wooden patio doors.
Outside
The garden is the gem of this property, fully landscaped it features a dark blue, 9x4m swimming pool for the exclusive use of the villa, it has a plethora of shrubs, plants and herbs. Huge rocks create the feel of this garden and it is fully enclosed by a Menorcean style dry-stone wall. There is also a child's wooden swing set amongst the tree's. The terrace provides ample relaxing space with stylish Gloster sunbeds, parasols, a comfy seating area plus a dining table and chairs with a parasol. There is a gas BBQ for alfresco cooking and a shower for rinsing off after a dip. The rotary washing line is located to the side of the villa allowing you to dry your laundry without having to look at it!
Coast/Beach
The location of the villa is just 5 minutes walk from a rock beach and fabulous coastal walks. The nearest sandy beach is located in nearby Punta Prima just 10 minutes walk away. If you've hired a car you can explore the island and find the many fantastic beaches (try Son Bou, or Binibequer) that Menorca has to offer, local maps and guide books are supplied at the villa.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Mahon (Mao) which is 25 minutes away. Mahon Harbour (Ferry Terminal) is 20 minutes drive away. Once at the villa car hire is not essential but we would recommend it to allow you to find best beaches, supermarkets etc.
Distances
Nearest resort is Punta Prima 1/2km away (10 minutes walk). Nearest village is Sant Luis 4km away (5-10 minutes drive). Mahon harbour/town centre 8km away (15-20 minutes drive). Cuitadella (North-East of Island) 45km away (1 hour drive).
Further details
Menorca has a wealth of wonderful things to discover, from beaches and landmarks, to food (did you know Mayonaise was first created in Menorca) and fine dining. We have started a book in the villa with all the restaurants we have discovered so far and what type of food they serve, and hopefully you will be able to add a few more. Interesting places to go and visit (and most feature a great restaurant!) include Fornells in the North, Es Castell (the most Easterly point in Spain), Son Bou (7km Beach), Mao Old town with its market and wonderful shops and boutiques, Mahon harbour is a must with lots of great restaurants to sit and watch all the gin palaces and power boats come and go from!
Booking notes
We require 25% deposit at the time of booking with the remainder due for payment 8 weeks prior to departure. At this time we would also require a £250 'good housekeeping' deposit to be paid (by cheque) which will be returned to you after your stay. We can accept payment by cheque, banker draft, bank transfer or credit card (possible but not preferable!).
