The 25% of the rental is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival at the property. The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival through to 10:00 am on departure day. The law to adjudge is the Spanish rental law (LAU). Not included in the rent price maintenance and touristic services.

About the owner
Dear holidaymakers, Me (Pedro) and my wife (Carmen) are the owners of the apartmente we rent. We never expectet to have an apartment in Puerto Pollensa and now we own two of them and we rent one. We have worked hard to buy the apartments but have been very lucky in life and have enjoyed the aparments during the summer time for the last 5 years. I'm a lawyer and my wife worke in the public library of the University of Palma. Many thanks.
