This big family-sized apartment is located in the quiet "Buena Vista" development on a hillside overlooking Santa Eulalia. It has a shared pool right outside its door. It is in a peaceful location amongst the pine trees, and yet is within 15 mins walk of the restaurants, shops and bars of Siesta, and only a little further into Santa Eulalia.

Bedding and towels (not beach-towels) are included. We will provide extra sets of sheets and towels as required. The apartment will be fully cleaned before your arrival. |
Notes on accommodation
This big apartment is very suitable for families with children. It would easily accommodate two couples with kids. Because the apartment opens right onto the pool terrace, it is excellent for letting the kids play in the pool without having to go out of sight of mum and dad. The pool is only shared by 5 apartments, not all of which are even occupied all summer, so frequently you will have the pool to yourself.

Accessibility
Unfortunately, because of the hillside location of the Buena Vista development, it is most definitely not suitable for wheelchair users, or for people who would have a problem walking up a flight of stairs.
Outside
The apartment's front door opens directly onto the swimming pool terrace. There is a large barbecue on the terrace. Sunloungers are provided.
Coast/Beach
The lovely, safe, family-friendly beach of Santa Eulalia is around 20 minutes walk, or 4 minutes drive. There are many other beaches close by. Cala Llonga is 10 minutes in a car, and has a lovely beach with a children's playground right on the beach, loads of nice restaurants, and a small funfair.
Golf
The Roca Llisa golf course is 15 minutes drive away.
Skiing
Ski-ing is not popular in Ibiza, due to a lack of snow! Water ski-ing however is available at many of the ports and marinas, along with jetski, pedalo and boat hire.
Travel
Ibiza airport is around 25 minutes drive from the apartment, around 24 kilometres away. Due to the location of the Buena Vista development, a hire car is pretty essential.
Distances
The village of "Siesta" is 15 minutes walk away, and has a good selection of restaurants, bars, and several small supermarkets. There are also ATMs here.
Slightly further (1.5 km) is the bustling seaside town of Santa Eulalia, which, as well as a lovely beach, has lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, post office etc.
Eivissa (Ibiza Town) is 14km away, 15 - 20 minutes drive.
Further details
If you want to be out in San Antonio every night, then this is probably not the apartment that for you. It is around 25 minutes by taxi, and costs around 30 Euros. This would add a lot to the cost of your holiday.

Minimum booking period is a week. We are pretty flexible on changeover days. You can book any number of days above a week.
