El Puerto is an exclusive complex situated close to the sea with views of Cala D'or marina. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own private garden. Access to the complex is through electric gates with intercom. All apartments are fitted with air conditioning. The whole area is closed to the public and gives you complete privacy. The complex is of a high standard, built by Taylor Woodrow in 2007, boasting large resident’s swimming pool.It is a short walk to the numerous restaurants and bars in the marina. There is a land train that takes you to all the picturesque beaches if you prefer not to hire a car(trains stops 50m from complex gate), supermarkets are within a short walk as also is the town. Meet and greet is also available to help you settle into your surroundings.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. The apartment is available at approx. 2pm. On departure please leave the apartment, clean and tidy by 10am. if there is no one arriving on your departure day then a later departure is possible. Minimum stay 3 days.

Situated on the ground floor. Suitable for children as it has a private gated garden with fencing. Fully air conditioned. No smoking or pets allowed.
Accessibility
Suitable for the elderly and disabled. Wheelchair access is excellent due to no front step or stairs.
Outside
The apartment has its own large patio and grassed garden, perfect for sunbathing and evening barbecues. All of the apartments within the complex are built around the communal swimming pool, this is a reasonable size with small shallow area for younger children. Sunbeds are also provided around the pool.
Coast/Beach
Cala D'Or Marina is 300m away. There is a land train that stops nearby that takes you to all picturesque beaches. Calador beach is a 10-15 min walk away.
Golf
Vall d'Or golf course is situated in the municipality of Felanitx, only 3km from Porto Colom and 7km from Cala d'Or, 2 of the most beautiful spots on Majorca's eastern coast. Vall d'Or is another Balearic course that offers superb golfing facilities to all its players. The Vall d'Or golf course is one of the most welcoming clubs in Majorca. The front 9 holes enjoy rolling fairways surrounding by pine, olive and almond trees. The greens are pretty small and well protected by bunkers that will welcome only the most accurate approach shots. The back 9 supports more uneven fairways that trail back towards the coast. This course also offers some magnificent views of the Mediterranean. Summing up, Vall d'Or is a pretty course, which will leave happy memories and can also offer tuition for beginners as well as those who want to polish their game.
Travel
Cala D'or is a delightful villa resort situated on the south east coast of Mallorca, approx 45 mins drive from Palma airport. Taxis or hire cars are available from the airport. The apartment is very easy to find from the airport and there is private parking for your car.
Distances
The town is about 10 mins walk. Marina restaurants, bars and shops are a 5 min walk away. calador beaches are a 10 min walk or Mondrago beach is 5 min by car.
Further details
The booking form (which must be signed by one person who is accepting the booking conditions on behalf of everyone on the form), any deposits must be sent to us before we will issue a confirmation of your booking. The contract becomes effective on our written confirmation and is governed in all respects by Spanish Law.
The full 30% deposit of the total amount must be received with the booking form. Payment can be direct into our bank account. When we confirm your booking we will send an invoice showing the balance of the payment due and date when it must be received by us. Full payment of the balance must be made 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you do not make the payment by the due date you will be deemed to have cancelled your holiday and cancellation terms will apply.
Where bookings are made less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday payment must be made in full. If you have to cancel your holiday you must notify us immediately in writing by recorded delivery.
