October onwards an ideal time to come to Menorca for walking and relaxing. Only £200 a week please call for details.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday - this can be flexible please call to discuss. The apartment can be entered at 2pm on arrival day and left by 10am on departure day.

Air conditioning unit can be hired for an extra 40 euros per week. Car hire can be arranged. Large Koi Carp pond in the garden. Property more suited to families with older children and couples.

Accessibility
The property has disabled ramps into the garden, but has a couple of steps into the apartment.
Outside
The pretty garden has a large terrace, with a large swimming pool shared only with the owners. The terrace has ample wooden sun loungers and a large umbrella. Stone dining suite in a shaded area in the corner and a wooden dining suite with umbrella just outside the apartment door. Please note there will be times when the owners family visit and will use the pool and terrace area.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is less than a 5 mins stroll to the beach of Punta Prima. There you will find a beautiful clean sandy beach, which looks out to a little island with a light house.There is also a stretch of rocks which are ideal for rock pooling. From here you can also walk along the coast to the resort of S'Algar. Behind the beach is a row of fantastic restaurants and shops for groceries and souvenirs to cater for your every need.
Golf
The nearest golf course is in Son Parc to the north of the island and is about ½ hour away by car.
Travel
Mahon airport is a 20 min drive away. Car hire is recommended to get the most out of your trip to Menorca although not essential as everything you need is in the resort of Punta Prima. There is an hourly bus service from the bus stop across the road to San Lluis and Mahon. There is also a tourist train from Punta Prima to the fishing village of Binebeca which has a beach and a few shops and restaurants.
Distances
San Luis is just a 10 min drive away and has banks, bars and shops. Mahon the capital of Menorca is a 15 min drive away here you can relax by the beautiful port watching the world go by in the many restaurants and bars, take a walk along the port to the famous Gin factory with free samples of all the spirits. Amble round the town taking in the shops, bars, old buildings and churches. A market is held in the esplanada on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
Further details
There are many things to see and do in Menorca, take a trip up Monte Toro the highest mountain on the island you can walk (not for the faint hearted) or drive to the top for spectacular views. On a clear day you can see the whole of the island. Take a look in the stunning church at the top, or have a nice cold drink in the coffee shop. There is also a restaurant and a gift shop. Menorca is renowned for its beautiful picturesque beaches and coves off which there are far to many to mention. There are lots of places of historic importance to see. There are 2 water parks situated at the other end of the island approx 45 mins by car. Menorca has something for everyone you will find more information and leaflets in the apartment.

Please call to book the week/s you require a confirmation will then be sent out to you by post with details of how to pay your deposit. Deposit £100 per week on booking and balance 8 weeks before arrival. Deposits are NON refundable.
