Our studio apartment is in large private complex with a variety of pools. Sleeps 2 adults and 1-2 young children. It is on the first floor, and has its own private terrace which gets the sun all day. It is 5 mins walk from the marina of Cala D'Or which has bars and restaurants and Cala Egos which has a range of shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants and a medical centre.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment would ideally suit a couple, or a family with 1-2 young children. There are folding glass doors between the lounge and the bedroom area, which can be closed at night for greater privacy. The complex has a number of pools of various sizes and depths, private parking and electric gates. It is only a short walk from a sandy cove, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the marina.

This apartment is on the first floor and may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The complex has a number of pools of various sizes and depths, which are shared by the other owners and guests. The apartment has an outside table and chairs for outdoor dining. A sun lounger is available for use by guests.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are about 5-10 mins walk from the apartment.
Golf
Vall D'Or golf course is a 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
Travel
The nearest airport is Palma, which is a 45 minute drive from the apartment.
Distances
The resort of Cala D'Or is in the south east of the island, approximately 45 minutes from Palma airport. You can hire a car if you want to tour the island, but it is not essential for your stay as the apartment is within walking distance of the marina and the resort of Cala D'Or.
Further details
The sophisticated marina of Cala D'Or is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment and has a variety of bars and restaurants. You can walk around the marina into the resort of Cala D'Or, which is a leisurely 20 minute stroll. Cala Egos is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and it has a range of shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants and a medical centre.
Booking notes
Once you have booked and paid the deposit for your holiday, the balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before the date of the holiday, unless it is a last minute booking. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and retain the deposit.
