This light and airy villa offers roomy accommodation in a rural location, with a partial sea view. The inside is well designed for social holiday living. Outside you will find numerous places to relax or entertain yourselves: a lovely dining terrace with nearby BBQ, overlooking a pretty orchard; both a covered chill out area and a substantial terrace by the pool; beautifully landscaped mature gardens around the house; an undercover games area with table tennis; and for those wanting to relax away from the rest of their party there is also a large terrace with hammock upstairs overlooking the orchard. The house is tastefully furnished with inside and outside seating for 8. Although in a rural setting between the pretty village of San Jose and Cala Tarida beach, it is only a 3 minute walk back along the track that leads to the house to the closest restaurant and bar. There is also a supermarket within easy walking distance.

Outside
The outside of the house has beautiful mature gardens in which to relax, an outside dining area, substantial terracing around the pool area as well as a shaded chill out area. The private kidney shaped pool is 8x4m and can be lit at night. There is also an undercover games area with table tennis table and swings.
Coast/Beach
3 mins drive to Cala Tarida, however there are plenty of good beaches offering different features within easy driving distance.
Travel
15 mins drive to Ibiza airport. Car hire is recommended.

5km from San Jose. 12km from San Antonio.
Further details
The bar and restaurant just down the track offers very good and inexpensive food and is popular with both locals and holiday makers.
Guest comments
We had the most fabulous holiday in your lovely Ibiza home. There was one problem only....leaving...two weeks was not enough! We felt very spoilt by the location, some of the views of distant mountains were breath taking given that we were just up the road from numerous pretty beaches. Then the cherry on the top was the fantastic restaurant at the bottom of the drive which seemed to emerge out of no where! The villa was so fresh and light and spacious that there was more than enough room with seven of us there. The new swimming pool and chill out area are a real bonus but the best addition has to be the fabulous four poster day bed at the end of the pool....a real sanctuary!
