Accessibility
After going up a stairs, all the villa and guest house and pool is on the same level with the porche, gardens and terrace.
There are 2 main places for cars because the guest house have own place.
Dissabled people no special recomended because 1 stairs.
Outside
Pool 9x4 with cascade, Mediterranean and tropical garden
and big pine trees in the surrounding forest.
The patio beside the pool have a fountain all with Ibiza stone walls, there is a large table in a covered area.
For the day and in the night with the garden and pool lights
it is a marvellous place for mediterranean dinners.
There are exterior furnitures of teak wood for pool and relax.
You will find olive tree, vines, and fruit trees.
The typical exterior red wall stone composed all around.
The house is a magnificient example of gardening.
The cactus also give to the house a tropical style.
Coast/Beach
Walking 15 minutes Cala Vedella.
Driving 5 minutes Cala Vedella, Cala Dhort, Cala Carbo, Cala Moli.
Driving 10 minutes Cala Tarida.
Driving 12 minutes another 5 Calas.
Golf
There is a golf club located aprox 35 minutes away by car.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving club Orca sub in Cala Tarida every day trip boat.
2 dives different places with all equipment 80€ approx reserve.
Water-Skiing rent in some beaches.
Big boat walksea in S.Antonio.
Cycling, running, walking in the small paths around house recommended.
Snorkelling in tourquoise waters.

15 minutes drive to airport.
To hire a car is essential please reserve in advance.

20 minutes car to Ibiza city.
14 minutes car to S. Antonio.
