Kitchen: Bright modern kitchen with built-in electric oven and hob. Fridge/freezer and microwave. Access door to rear balcony/utility area.
Living Rooms: Large and bright lounge/diner contains 2 sofas one of which converts into a double bed. Small TV with satellite. There is a small table to one side which has seating for 4. The room opens out via large double glazed patio doors to the balcony.

A small selection of towels are provided, but you will need to bring some more along. However all bedding will be supplied.

 

Notes on accommodation
The lounge has an oil fired heater for use in winter. There are plenty of storage cupboards. Clients are free to use any items found in the apartment including buckets and spades, fishing rods, dominoes and cards etc stored in cupboards. Property is in a block of 5 apartments, one to each floor. The outside entry to the block is accessed via a locked door (you will have a key) but an intercom is linked direct to the apartment which allows access at the push of a button.

Accessibility
The apartment is located on the third floor of a privately owned block, with no lift.

Outside
The terrace has fantastic views to the sea and Cala Millor to the right with Cala Bona to the left. Table and 6 chairs where one can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a leisurely glass of wine in the evening, watching the world go by on the promenade below. It has sun all day is sheltered and gets very hot.

Coast/Beach
The beach is seconds from the doorstep across the promenade to the right and extends for 3km. Soft sandy beach (no stones), which gently shelves into the sea making it perfect for children to paddle. You can fish off the jetty which is good fun and you can catch lots of small fish.

Golf
Cala Millor is an ideal place to stay if you interested in playing golf. There a 4 superb courses all within 5 miles of our apartment. These inlude Pula 2m, Son Servera 2m, Canyamel 4m and Capdepera 5m.

Travel
Airport is 50 mins away with very easy car hire pick-up arrangements. Taxi is approx 80 euros. A Taxi rank is just 50m from the apartment. Street parking is available all around and it is normally easy to find space. We can arrange airport pick ups on request.

Distances
Son Servera is just 5km and holds a weekly market. Opposite the apartment is the boat jetty where boat trips can be taken to other resorts up and down the coast. Special trips are taken to other resorts on their market days. It takes just 20 seconds to walk from the apartment across the promenade to the jetty.

Further details
A bank and ATM are located within seconds walk from the apartment. Bike hire is available just 30m away for those who like to cycle. The area is very flat and easy to get around. Restaurants, bars, cafes, bike hire, banks and supermarkets are all within a short walk.
There is a restaurant called "Winstans" which is situated below the apartment. Check out their website.

Booking notes
20% non refundable deposit secures the booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer or cheque. Payment can be made in euros if required. Please enquire, however, about differing circumstances, last minute bookings etc.
