Ideal for couples, families and golfers as there are 5 of the top golf courses on the island only minutes away. Palma Old Town is 20 minutes away, the airport another 10 minutes further. Located next to the beach is the swimming pool, beach bar and restaurant, sunbathing facilities (no charge). This apartment is 145m2, in total, with three full sized double bedrooms. There is Satellite TV, DVD, music and games. The kitchen is fully fitted, and there are two bathrooms/en-suites.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Summer lets require a security deposit of £350. We provide tennis rackets for the tennis court which need to be returned. Please call for a daily rate if you plan to stay longer than a set week. One week booking as a minimum.
Changeover day
There is no preferred changeover day this is flexible. It would be preferred that the guests vacate the apartment by midday if the need arises.

There are two balconies. The main balcony leads off from the lounge and separately from the master bedroom. The 2nd from one of the other bedrooms, ideal for a quiet cup of tea in the morning. |
Cleaning/towels/

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and every seven days from that point a full change over. Extra towels, sheets and pillows are available. |

Accessibility
The apartment is served by twin lifts and a single lift all with good access to the ground floor and private car parking space. Unfortunatly there are steps into the main entrance and lots to the pool so wheelchair users unfortunatly it isn't very suitable (but not impossible).
Outside
Go down the steps, then straight infront of you are sun loungers shaded by straw gazebos overlooking the Mediterranean next to the pool. This area is private to you and other members of the club and right next to the sandy beach. The complex has mature gardens, a tennis court (rackets and balls in the apartment) and a cafe/bar down by the pool. Open 7 days a week for lunch and evening meals. Outside the facility, are a couple of mini supermarkets, a pub, a restaurant, a Chinese, hairdressers and a car hire, all basically next door. 20 minutes walk away is a different world, Magafuf (3 euros in a taxi). Night clubs, dinner shows, pubs, aqua parks more pubs, etc etc. Golf courses for serious golfers are nearby too. Marineland and crazy golf are great for the kids. Coast/Beach
The sandy beach of Cala Vinyas is set in the cove and the apartment block is 150 metres away. Cap Falco and Portal Vells are a walk away, as are the Magaluf beaches.
Golf
There are five courses on your doorstep, and a lot more on the island, generally challenging and not for beginners.
Travel
The airport is 30 minutes drive away (30 euros in a taxi). There is a bus stop on the road outside which does service the area of Calvia and Palma. I recommend hiring a car if you wish to explore the island (excellent daily rates available). But if you just want sea and sun you don't need to worry about transport everything is within walking distance and a taxi to Magaluf is 3 euros.
Distances
Being in Cala Vinyas means nothing locally, is far away, you'll be 20 minutes from the old town Palma with its wonderful Cathederal. In the oppersite direction Andratx, an old fishing port/marina, also 20 minutes away. Portal Portals is just 8 minutes away, a place to see and be seen. Five golf courses within this area, two aqua parks and more beaches and night clubs than I can count.

Booking notes
All enquiries should be made by phone. A deposite of £100 per week. Non refundable. The balance of payment is due 8 weeks before departure. A set of keys will be sent in the post with full address details, a spare set will be in the apartment. The owner is only 15 minutes away should a situation arise.
