This apartment is on ground floor so is excellent for wheelchair users. No stairs of any kind to enter building. No stairs into apartment. No stairs to pool area and bar area of complex. Special system in pool to allow access for disabled people to enter swimming pool. Ramp with bannister allowing easy access into swimming pool.

Coast/Beach
Small stony beach only 5 minutes walk from apartment. Very secluded.
Only 10 mins walk to the larger Santa Ponsa beach with beach bars a plenty. Also many shops, restaurants and bars in this area. This main beach can be reached either via main road or along the coastal path on the sea front. Rated as a 4 star beach. You could walk for hours along the cliff paths. Glass bottom boat trips leave at various times of day from this beach. Further along coastal path takes you to the fantastic Marina.

Golf
Several famous golf courses within a short distance from apartment.

Travel
Palma airport is approx 25 minutes by car. A taxi to apartment from airport costs approx 35 Euros.
Car not essential in this resort as a regular bus service is available to most resorts including to the Capital Palma. Also as all amenities are in resort no need to go off driving as you have everything you need in this lovely and well maintained resort on the South Coast.

Distances
The City of Palma is well worth a visit too, with it's Cathedral, Palace and Castle plus all the many beautiful boutiques and large departments stores where you could shop until you drop.
At front door of apartment there is a bus stop where local buses will take you to the Capital Palma every 30 minutes.
10 minutes by car will take you to the bustling resorts of Palma Nove and Magalluf. Or 10 minutes in the opposite direction will take you to quaint fishing village Port of Andratx.

Further details
Plenty of variety of restaurants in this resorts. From upmarket esquisite and superb food and service to Homemade British food served by friendly staff. Pizzarias, Typical Sapnish, Tapas, Fish and Seafood, Italian, Chinese Indian, Mediterranean, British home cooked food a real fine choice..
2 mins to supermarkets, chemist, banks, restaurants, swing park, pubs, souvenir shops, medical centre, amusement arcades.
