Coast/Beach
The house is 2 minutes drive to the nearest place with supermarkets and suitable area of shopping, and 10 minutes away driving of San Antonio town.
The nearest beach is Port des Torrent and Cala Conta, two of the most beatiful beaches in the island, they are 5 minutes away driving from the house.
Travel
Situated at 15 km approx. from the airport of Ibiza and also 12 km approx. driving from the main port of Ibiza.
We recommend to hire a car to go from any of this places to the house, or if not to pay a taxi, it will be cost, more or less, 25 euros.
Further details
San José and San Antonio town, both have restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks... There are also several good country restaurants within a few minutes drive from the house.
Booking notes
Timing of payments: 50% of the cost is payable at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is payable to weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable damages deposit of 600 euros is required.
