Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. The house is available from 2pm. Guests are required to vacate by 10am on the departure day, flexibility will be given on this whenever possible. Departure time 10am.

Notes on accommodation
This is the ideal retreat for those who are looking for complete relaxation but would like easy access to the fun that Ibiza has to offer, i.e. the best of both worlds. The house was designed to be cool in summer and warm in winter, there are fans available for use if required. The house is suitable for older children, however the pool area is not closed off, so may not be suitable for younger children and toddlers.

Accessibility
The casita is suitable for wheelchair users, there is pathway with no steps from the parking area and easy access to the pool. The shower room has been designed as a wet room and so is also accessible. Please refer to the owner for further clarification on suitability to your specific needs.
Outside
The house sits within 1 acre of land and is surrounded by pine forest. The large pool terrace has sunbeds and an outdoor shaded dining area. There is also a barbeque. The swimming pool which is for exclusive use of guests is 8mts by 4 mts and has roman steps at one end. The garden and pool areas are very private. The nearest neighbours are 100mts away and lower down the hill, so the house is not overlooked.
Coast/Beach
There are several beautiful beaches within 8-10 minutes drive.
Travel
Ibiza airport is 20-25 minutes drive away.
A car is essential.
Distances
San Jose and San Antonio are both 7-8 minutes away by car.
Ibiza Town is a 20-25 minute drive.
Further details
San Jose and San Antonio both have restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. There are also several good country restaurants within a few minutes drive.
Booking notes
50% of the cost is payable at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of 800 Euros is required.
