This front line, comfortable and spacious luxury apartment is on the 5th floor facing directly south over the sea towards El Toro and Port Adriano. It has a large air conditioned lounge with sliding doors opening on to a large balcony with a table and 4 lounger chairs. There is a sun awning and this is the ideal spot to sip those last sundowners, watch the activity in the marina and generally relax and enjoy the view. There are 2 large bedrooms, a comfortable air conditioned lounge, a beautiful bathroom and a large kitchen with a dining table and 4 chairs. The block has several lifts serving all floors.

Changeover day
We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but are willing to discuss alternative days. Rental times start at 1400 hours on arrival day and finish at 10:00 hours on day of departure.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a large double bed and doors on to balcony.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
A full size inflatable double bed with in-built air pump available if needed.
Bathrooms: 1 luxury beautifully equipped bathroom with 2 built-in washbasins, large bath with shower unit, toilet and bidet. All finished in marble with recessed ceiling lighting.
Kitchen: Very large kitchen with built-in cooker and hob unit, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, large dining table and 4 chairs. Marble floors and recessed lighting.
Living Rooms: A large, air-conditioned lounge with sliding doors on to the balcony. Comfortable 4 and 2 seater sofas. Flatscreen TV receiving most UK Sky channels. DVD player and Music Stereo unit with CD system. The inflatable bed can be used in this room if reqd.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The flat will be cleaned prior to your arrival and clean linen and towels provided. Rental does not include a cleaning service and you will be expected to leave the flat in a clean and reasonable state.

Notes on accommodation
Children over the age of 6 years are most welcome but we have no facilities to cater for any younger family members. The block has several lifts serving all floors. The lounge has a reverse cycle air conditioning system which can also provide heated air in the winter months.

Accessibility
The property is not really suitable for people with mobility problems.

Outside
Just in front of the block directly on the beach is a bar/ restaurant area with a large seawater swimming pool and sunbathing area. For a very small amount of money (2-4 euros) residents of the block can use these facilities. A great place to have that last drink on the way home from that safe sandy beach. The apartment block grounds back on to the old costal road that links Santa Ponsa and Magaluf. There is a regular bus service to both towns.

Coast/Beach
The front of the building has access directly onto a private road down to the beach which is less than a 2 minute level walk away. The small village of El Toro has an excellent bakery, supermarket, banks and other useful shops; it is about a 5 minute level walk away. The marina of Port Adriano with its lovely restaurants and bars is also a 5 minute walk away.

Golf
Golf is available at Golf 1 & 2 in Santa Ponsa which is about a 5 minute car drive away. There is also Golf Poniente which is in the Magaluf direction and about a 10 minute drive away. Finally there is the beautiful course at Royal Golf Bendinat which is about a 15 minute drive away in the direction of Palma. There are 15 golf courses in stunning locations around the island of Mallorca so everybodys needs should be catered for. The excellent climatic conditions make all round year golf a pleasure but best perhaps in the low seasons when it is not quite so hot. Whatever - golf does not get much better than out here!

Travel
The airport at Palma (PMI) is about 35km from the apartment. Approx a 45 minute car journey or a 40 euro taxi ride. There is a regular bus service to Santa Ponsa and Magaluf which stops right outside the apartment block. Although not essential a hire car would allow you to visit the many beautiful beaches, restaurants and other places of interest on this beautiful part of the island.

Distances
The very lively family resort of Magaluf is about 10 minutes drive away and offers all the facilities that you can imagine including water parks (2), go-karting, Ocean Park, Pirates Theatre, and a mini golf course. Santa Ponsa is also about 10 minutes away in the opposite direction and although not quite as lively as Magaluf still has plenty on offer and to do. Both towns have beautiful wide sandy safe beaches. Andratx is about 20 minutes drive away and Porto Portals about 15 minutes.

Further details
A security deposit of £300 is required at the time of the payment of the balance of the rental. This deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of your departure providing that the apartment and/or its contents have not suffered any form of damage or breakages and that the apartment was vacated in a clean and reasonable condition. The rental cost includes all water, gas and electricity used.
Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands and as such caters for almost everybodys needs. El Toro lies in the South West Corner of the island and enjoys some of the best weather on the island. Our whole area has many lovely small coves and beaches with delightful small inexpensive beach restaurants serving wonderful fresh fish plus many other tasty Mallorcian dishes. Please note that a hire car although not essential, is certainly recommended as it would allow you to explore this beautiful area plus the rest of the island more easily than using the buses. There is a new motorway close by linking El Toro to the capital city of Palma which is now only about a 20 minute drive away. The very upmarket marina of Porto Portals with its magnificent boats and yachts and very expensive boutiques is about a 15 minute drive away in the direction of Palma. The very beautiful and rugged West Coast with its numerous pretty villages should not be missed. It can be reached by carin about 30 minutes from the apartment. And finally the central mountainous region of the island with many pretty villages should definitely not be missed, this area is about a 45 minute drive using the new motorway system.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking and no booking will be confirmed until the deposit is received. The balance is payable in full 8 weeks prior to to the rental period or at the time of booking if less than 8 weeks before the rental period. Again it is also non-refundable and we strongly recommend that holiday insurance is in place in case of a forced cancellation.
