There are several more restaurants/cafes and supermarkets within walking distance from the villa but the area retains a peaceful, relaxing ambience. The cosmopolitan town of Porto Cristo is only 2 miles away with its stunning harbour, tree lined pavements, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Porto Cristo is a must to visit. It is also home to the famous ‘Caves of Drach’. The villa is less than 8 years old and offers a well appointed kitchen, large lounge/dining room with doors opening onto an enclosed terrace with pool approx 8x4m. Two of the bedrooms open onto the terrace offering a perfect setting for the early morning sunrise.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts negotiable for certain times and late availability.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday (this may be flexible). On receipt of full payment details of key collection will be advised. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on day of departure for cleaning purposes and accessed after 15.00 hrs.

Pretty gardens surround the villa. Large secluded patio area with pool approx 8m x 4m. Terraced area. BBQ. The villa has its own drive and garage. At night the villa is well lit with ornamental lights around both garden and patio area and underwater pool lights to complete the setting. The villa is set in cul-de-sac with a tree lined road leading to the beach ensuring tranquility and easy access.
Coast/Beach
The villa is set in a cul-de-sac with a tree lined road leading to Cala Anguila cove (approx 100 mtrs) ensuring tranquility with easy access. Enjoy its crystal clear waters, sandy beach and dramatic back-drop then, relax at the exclusive beach café with your favourite tipple. Sunbeds and shades available to hire. Cala Mandia beach is a short walk from here with another excellent beach cafe.
Golf
For those interested in playing golf there are 5 courses within 15 mins drive from the villa. Perfect for combining a beach and golfing villa holiday.
Travel
Palma airport is 45 mins drive on very good roads. A taxi costs approx 65 Euros each way. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within easy walking distance. Regular local buses are available from bus stop near by to Porto Cristo and from there to surrounding towns including Manacor and Palma. Cycle or walk to Porto Cristo using cycle lanes.
Distances
The town of Porto Cristo and its stunning harbour is 2 miles away there you will find the famous Coves del Drac. Manacor, the islands second largest town is 20 mins drive known for its manufacture of Marjorcia pearls and furniture, good selection of restaurants, shops and bars. The cosmopolitan city of Palma is a must to visit with its wonderful cathedral, shops, restaurants and bars. There are an abundance of beautiful villages to visit and many walks.
Further details
Large 4* hotel in village offering evening entertainment and 24 hour medical centre. Supermarkets, chemist, gift shops and a good selection of restaurants all within walking distance.
Booking notes
There is a 20% non-refundable deposit payable upon booking and full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. For last minute bookings the full amount is payable immediately. There is a £250 refundable deposit required as a damage bond which will be returned within 2 weeks on receipt of keys and inventory check.

May 08- Whiting family. I wanted to say an early, big thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful villa; it was everything and more than we had anticipated. We had a marvellous, relaxing time - just what we all needed, and the weather was very kind to us. The pool was in almost constant use. The location is tremendous, isn't it. We particularly fell in love with the cove at Cala Anguila, so attractive.

My grandson had a wonderful time and loved the naughty boy by the pool.
