The studio is situated in the second floor of the building. The first characteristic of the studio is that its an all-in-one area. On the left side of the studio there is a full equipped kitchen and table. On the right the sleeping area with 2 twin beds, TV, telephone and ceiling fan. Sleeps 2 people and a baby cot. Fully equipped bathroom with general hot/cold water. Sunny balcony with front sea view of Portinatx bay. |

Notes on accommodation
Optional extra cleaning service, the price will include once a week. Swimming pool for adults and also small pool for children. Ramps inside the property suitable for pushchairs. Approx 10 mins walk to beach, or just 5mins down the stairs. EU safety balconies.
Accessibility
We apologise but the building is not currently suitable for people with wheelchairs or mobility problems.
Outside
Swimming pool is 2m deep at the deepest point and 10cm at the lowest. Childrens swimming pool is 0.40m according to the law. There are sunbeds and umbrellas arround the pool area. There is a garden, and the property is surrounded by pine trees which refreshes the air in the hot Ibiza summer.
Coast/Beach
Only 5 min away from the sandy shallow beach, perfect for children (not suitable for people with mobility problems due to stairs).

The nearest airport is 30km away.
Distances
The nearest bank and large supermarket is 7km away in Sant Joan village on the way to Portinatx. Although there is a cashpoint machine in the centre of Portinatx.

There is a community reception open from 9.30 hours - 14.00 hours, closed on Saturdays. Services provided are money exchange, extra fan renting, car and mopeds rental, tours booking services.
