A beautiful villa with stunning sea views sleeps 8/10 with 4 double bedrooms and Private parking. It has a private pool 8 x 4m with various sun terraces and a stone built BBQ. Air conditioning and fans throughout. The villa is ideal for those of you with young children who worry about stairs as the villa is all on 1 level, there is a large grassed area for children to play (outdoor games provided). The roof terrace is the size of the villa with panoramic views of the sea and coastline. The beach of Binisafuller is a beautiful cove and is 5 minutes walk as is Lovers cove. The local supermarket is 5 minutes drive. The nearest town is Saint Luis which has a good selection of shops and restaurants. Mahon town, harbour and Airport are a 15 minute drive. If you have younger children we have two cots and two highchairs. There is a large pop up play tent with fun cylinder and connecting crawl through tunnel to keep the little ones happy. We have a UV Sun Tent for the Garden/Beach.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday however we can be flexible dependent on booking. Arrival at 3pm. Departure at 10am.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedrooms 1 2 and 3 all have shower, toilet and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen, oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. |
| Living Rooms: | Large spacious lounge with beautiful sea views, equipped with 42 inch TV, Freeview/Satellite DVD/CD player. It has two large reclining sofas with coffee tables and a bookcase. There are patio doors leading onto pool and terrace areas. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels, bed linen and beach towels are including. There is also a hairdryer at the Villa. Towels and bedding are changed weekly, for a small fee this can be arranged more often. The property is cleaned weekly. |

Accessibility
The villa is all on one level with two steps leading down to the pool/terraces. Ideal for those with young children or a disabled/wheelchair user.
Outside
The Villa has beautiful sea views from the lounge and dining area and 2 bedrooms. There is a large garden surrounding the villa. The villa has a private pool 8m x 4m with terraces. There are a number of tables and parasols. There is also a stone BBQ surrounded by a courtyard. There is a large grassed area suitable for all and a 3 seater swing/hammock. There are parasols available for those who like to escape from the sun and there is a tree shaded area for the children. The villa has a huge roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea and coastline suitable for sunbathing or enjoying a glass of wine while you watch the sun set over Majorca and Ibiza. There is plenty of space around the villa.
Coast/Beach
Binissafuller beach and lovers cove beach are 5 mins walk.
Golf
The golf course is a 30 mins drive.
Travel
Mahon airport is a 15 mins drive. To enjoy the island to the full we recommend you hire a car. We can arrange this for you please mention when booking.
Further details
There are a number of activities to meet your requirements. There are tennis courts 5 min from the villa. The local diving centre is in Binibeca which is 7 mins away. There is also the resort of Salagar which is 15 mins away for diving and aqua sports. Other activates include bowling, sailing cyling, horse riding, fishing and cricket. There are also two Water Parks a good day to go is on Fridays is not as busy as its changeover day.

A 20% deposit secures the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
