Designed by an architect, this new villa is contemporary in design and beautifully furnished throughout to a very high standard. A unique feature of this villa is the master bedroom with king size bed and walk-in dressing room, the large bathroom is open plan and has an oversized bath overlooking the pool and distant views to the sea. The location couldn't be better, within a quiet residential area and just a couple of minutes stroll into the centre of St Eulalia with its restaurants, shops and of course, beaches. The villa is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in a stylish villa in such a convenient location. It is rare to stay in a villa and not have to drive and hire a car! The villa sleeps 8 but there is a possibility to use an extra bedroom in the basement, to sleep a total of 10.

Linen and towels are included and changed mid stay. Cleaning is also provided mid stay. Extra cleaning available at an extra cost.

Outside
Private swimming pool with sun loungers set in landscaped walled garden. The villa does have neighbours but is designed in such a way that keeps the garden private and not overlooked. Large terrace with dining area and BBQ.

Coast/Beach
The villa is within easy walking distance to St Eulalia's 2 town beaches, both are clean and safe with gently shelving sands. There are numerous other beaches within 15 mins drive.

Golf
Ibiza's golf course at Roca Llisa is less than 10 mins away by car. There is a difficult 18 hole course and a 9 hole course more suited to beginners.

Travel
The location is excellent and a hire car isn't necessary. We can book a car should you want one to explore the rest of the island. Ibiza airport is approx 30 mins (25km). Ibiza Town and port is approx 15 mins (15km). San Carlos and the Las Dalias original hippy market is a short drive (8km) as is the Es Canar famous hippy market. St Eularia bus station is a two minute walk and the taxi rank less than 5 mins stroll.

Distances
St Eulalia is a large friendly town, it has a luxury marina and a traditional promenade the full length of the town and beaches. There are many shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, all within easy walking distance.

St Eularia is a Ibiza's second largest town with great facilities and beautiful beaches. It is a friendly place which feels sleepy and safe, with return visitors year after year. A firm favourite for families, there are two clean beaches with gently sloping sands, perfect for children. Away from the beaches there is plenty to fill your days, visit the pretty whitewashed church that overlooks the town. Romantically lit up at night you'll be able to admire the 16th century architecture and capture some super pictures of the Church of our Lady of Jesus. The main tree lined street is a real melting pot of people, smells and sounds. Closed to traffic in the evening, a traditional Spanish vibe is apparent here and you'll stumble across many bars and cafes with plenty of outdoor seating. Grab a table, order some drinks and catch up with your friends. Foodies take note, Santa Eulalia boats its very own Street of Restaurants - Calle San Vicente. Loosen your belt and prepare to take in a culinary world tour. With every cuisine imaginable even the fussiest of eaters will find something to tempt them here.

Booking notes
50% deposit by bank transfer is required to secure the booking, with the balance being payable 1 month before arrival. A security deposit of 1,500 euro against damage or breakages is required one month before arrival, and is refunded one week after your departure providing the villa is left in a good clean condition with no breakages or damage.
