The area of Gotmar in Puerto Pollensa is popular with locals and holiday makers alike, being both quiet, close to the beach and an enjoyable stroll along the sea front to Puerto Pollensa town center.

Bathrooms: Simple and fresh with slate floor, white tiles and bathroom suite. There is a full size bath with shower, WC and wash basin.
Kitchen: Slate floor, white Ikea units with a washing machine, iron and board, gas Hob/cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle and everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Living Rooms: The lounge dining room is light and airy with soft 2 seater and 3 seater sofas. TV, video, DVD, a dining table, 4 chairs. There are patio doors leading out on to the balcony and views of the mountains and the bay.
Other: The balcony is the length of the apartment and has wonderful open views. There is a dining table and chairs for eating "alFresco", or just sit and soak up the atmosphere while enjoying the view.

Cleaning is done once a week with fresh linen. White bath towels and sheets are provided - please bring your own beach towels.

Notes on accommodation
This is the top floor apartment in a block of 3 with access to the roof where you can see incredible views of the bay of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.

Outside
There is a community pool and gardens with sun beds provided. This pool is not used much due to most of the residents in the community being local and therefore out at work in the day.

Coast/Beach
A mins walk to the large sandy beach. This is a good beach for children as the water remains shallow for quite some time. There is no tide or waves as the bay of Pollensa is sheltered.

Golf
Capella is a 10 min drive to Pollensa Golf course and Alacanada Golf course.

Special interest holidays
Only 15 mins stroll to the centre of Pto Pollensa along the sea front,
10 mins by car to the old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia and
15 mins to the port and resort of Alcudia.
The Albafera national park is 20 mins away by car.
Walkers will love this area as there are a wealth of easy and difficult walks some direct from the apartment and some a short drive away. Also Cycling in this area is popular in the shoulder seasons.

Travel
Palma airport is approx 40 mins drive from the apartment and it is a simple and easy journey with dual carriageway most of the way.

Distances
5-10 min drive to the old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia
10-15 mins drive to the Port of Alcudia and
30 mins to Artΰ and the Lluc monastery.

Further details
Around the corner from the apartment are supermarkets and restaurants which are passed as you walk to the beach. Also the largest supermarket in Pto Pollensa is at the end of the road in the opposite direction to the beach.

About the owner
Hello my name is Lynn and I have lived in Puerto Pollensa for nearly 16 years now and have a shop "Artesania" Productos de Mallorca, that specialises in hand products from Mallorca. It is in the old town of Pollensa, towards the back of the church in the main square. It is a joy and together with the rentals keeps me busy and allows me to meet a lot of interesting people.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Gotmar is one of the better areas in Pto Pollensa and the apartment is really close to the best section of beach in Pto Pollensa, perfect for holidays.

Unique benefits of the property
Capella is light and has good sized rooms. The best thing about it however is the fact that the land opposite is not developed, often there are two horses grazing there. This keeps the apartment private and provides open views.
