Changeover day
Bookings run Friday to Friday. Guests will have access to the villa from 2pm on the first day of their booking and should vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and all linen and bath towels are provided. Bed linen is changed weekly. Swimming towels are also provided for use by the pool. |

Outside
Outside there is a well established private garden with it's own swimming pool (approx 6m x 4m), built-in BBQ and al fresco dining table. There is also a poolside shower, boule court and a terrace area where you can sunbath or relax under the shade of the gazebo.
Coast/Beach
The port of Addaia is a short walk from the villa, and offers diving and boat hire facilities. Arenal is a five minute drive away, where you will discover a large sandy, family-friendly beach, with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Or you may choose to drive along the beautiful coastline and explore the other numerous sandy beaches, with their water sports and sailing facilities.
Golf
The local golf course (Son Parc) is 10 minutes drive away, where you can play a round of golf or simply get some practise on their driving range or putting green. There is also a clubhouse and tennis courts.
Travel
Car hire is recommended to explore this beautiful island. Mahon, the capital, is 25 minutes drive and is the second largest natural port in the world. At the other end of the island is Cuitadella, about an hour's drive from the villa, with it's fascinating history, architecture and fine selection of shops.
Distances
Within the village, and a short walk from the villa, there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. A short drive will lead you to a wide range of coastal and inland towns and villages that offer a broad ranges of supermarkets, specialist shops, restaurants, bars and places of historical interest.
Booking notes
Clients need to complete a booking form and provide a 20% deposit to secure the booking. Payment in full should be made 8 weeks before departure. Keys, maps and other relevant information will be sent to you 2 weeks in advance of your holiday starting.
