Changeover day
We ask all visitors to please vacate the apartment by 10am on the date of departure. The apartment will normally be ready for use by 3pm the same day.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, air conditioning, en-suite and balcony.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath shower and WC.
Bathroom 2 with shower and WC.
Kitchen: Equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge/diner with twin settees, dining table and chairs. Coffee table. Sky TV and video, Mini Hi-Fi assorted videos and CDs.
Other: Large terrace overlooking the golf course with built-in BBQ.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. Apartment is cleaned weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged but should be booked in advance and will be charged hourly.

Notes on accommodation
An information folder at the apartment has details of many of the attractions that can be found in Menorca and also has contact details of our managing agents who will be pleased to help with any problems you may have. They are of course fluent in both English and Spanish.
Friendly environment to be enjoyed by all ages. Cots and highchairs can be provided. Please pre-book. Welcome packs (ideal for late arrivals) can be provided if required.

Accessibility
This is a first floor apartment, accessible by stairs.

Outside
Well-kept landscaped gardens. 3 good size swimming pools with large sun bathing terraces. Four sunbeds for use around the pools are provided for our guests use and can be found on the main balcony.

Coast/Beach
Son Parc beach is a 5 min drive to the clean white sands and sand dunes with restaurant/bars, sunbeds/umbrellas and pedalos for hire. Lifeguards are in attendance during main season.

Golf
Green Park village is directly alongside the only 18-hole golf course on Menorca. A challenging yet friendly course with driving range putting green pitching green. Our guest also enjoy a 20% discount on green fees and hire of clubs etc.
The golf club also has tennis courts available for hire. Excellent food at reasonable prices, is available in the clubhouse for both golfers and non-golfers.
In the apartment are three sets of clubs (gents/ladies/junior) for use by our clients.

Travel
Many low cost airlines now fly to Menorca from a variety of UK airports. Mahon airport is approx 25 mins leisurely drive to the apartment. Taxi fare from the airport is approx 40 euros. Cars may be hired from the airport or from Son Parc village. We recommend you book on-line prior to arrival.

Distances
Menorca measures approx 30 miles by 10 miles, so nowhere on the island is more than an hour’s drive. The two main towns, Mahon and Cuitadella are both approx a 25 min drive.

Further details
Son Parc village itself is only a 10 min walk from the apartment where there are a variety of restaurants bars and amenities.

Booking notes
Email enquiries or phone with enquiries. A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking and the balance to be cleared six weeks prior to arrival along with a security deposit of £150. The security deposit will be refunded (usually within 14 days) after departure and satisfactory inspection.
