Es Carritx built 2007 lovely private rural villa set in its own grounds with fruit trees and hills/country views. The villa is open plan giving a light airy feel with elegant rustic charm and is immaculately decorated and furnished and well equipped providing a real home from home.There is a furnished terrace leading onto the pool area ideal for eating alfresco. Next to the terrace is a bbq area with a gas bbq. The villa is set down a lane off the Santa Margalida to C’an Picafort road and is less than a 5 minutes drive to the C’an Picarfort where there are white sandy beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The village of Santa Margalida is very close where you can shop and mix with the locals in this quaint village. Resorts of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are approximately only half an hours drive. Excellent base to explore the beautiful North. With this villa you can have a relaxing private holiday away from it all but be a short drive to all amenities.

Changeover day
No set changeover day except July and August where weekends are preferred but weekday arrivals and short breaks will be considered this is dependant on other arrivals already booked. Arrivals at 3pm departure at 11am.

| Other: | There is an extra sitting room that has a TV storage and a sofa bed for 2 people. The wonderful open kitchen/dining/ living room area is tastefully decorated in Spanish style and a perfect setting for dining or relaxing large table which seats 10 people. |

Notes on accommodation
Due to the rural setting of this villa car hire is a must. Included air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms for a time at 10 hours/day, if wanted for unlimited use then there is a small charge of 25 euros per week. If want to use any single bed then there is a small charge of 15 euros per day and single bed.
Accessibility
The villa is on 2 levels and has some steps upto the villa and from the patio doors to the pool area. Steps into the pool. Has a wide front door and normal size interior doors. The pool area has rough surface tiles for being non slip may be difficult to wheel a chair over but not impossible. One bedroom and bathroom is downstairs.
Outside
Outside there are 4 seating areas, a table and chairs and sun umbrellas and sun beds and sofa. There are two barbecues of gas and of firewood for you to use and cook alfresco. The swimming pool is private and looks out onto fruit trees and farm rural land. At the entrance is a electric gate that is controlled by a remote control. This is a wonderful private villa with views on to the mountains and the Can Picafort and Alcudia's beach.

Approx 5 mins drive from villa Carritx until Can Picafort and Alcudia's beach.
Approx 15 mins drive from villa Carritx until Son Serra's beach.
Golf
Golf courses in Alcanda and Pollensa 30 mins away by car.
Travel
Fly to Palma airport. On receiving full payment written directions on how to get to the villa will be given.

Sea and sandy beaches 2.5km. 53km to Palma De Mallorca. 48km to airport. 4km to town, restaurant, shops, horse-riding and banks. 12km to hospital. Diving centre and tennis courts 7km. Golf 25km.

In summer there are three typical parties :In July there are typical parties in the town of Santa Margalida. In August there are typical parties in the town of Can Picafort. In September there are typical parties in the town of Santa Margalida that are the most typical of Mallorca.
Booking notes
20% non-refundable deposit at time of booking in euros with transfer bank in the account assigned. The remaining balance is paid in resort in Euros upon arrival to the villa.

‘We had a super holiday at Es Carrix. The villa was very well appointed, the pool and grounds were both large very secluded and we enjoyed barbequeing on the patio by the pool most nights. Some beautiful beaches in Alcudia and Pollenca bays were not far away, it was also a great position to get up into the mountains too. We will definitely be back’. (K. Porter)
