Includes refeshments, champagne wine and bar drinks.

Booking notes
Rates are per apartment includes all linen, towels, electricity, water. Towels and linen changed every week. A refundable deposit of £200 is reguired to cover any damage. A deposit of 30% of the rent is required on reservation. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation charges apply after this date. 8-4 weeks 50% refund 3-4 weeks 20% refund After 3 weeks no refund.
