Booking notes
Rates are per apartment includes all linen, towels, electricity, water. Towels and linen changed every week. A refundable deposit of £150 is reguired to cover any damage. A deposit of 30% of the rent is required on reservation. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation charges apply after this date. 8-4 weeks 50% refund 3-4 weeks 20% refund After 3 weeks no refund.

I run a small property company in England but spend a lot of time in Marjorca as I hope to retire there as soon as the recession is over. I am currently reforming a villa in the north.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I used to own an apartment in the Costa Del Sol but every year took a motor yacht to the Balearic Islands and my favourite place was the marina at Cala D'Or. I was lucky to sell the apartment and decided to buy 2 apartments at El Puerto. It has some fabulous restaurants on the marina and in town and there is always something happening in the marina.
