Luxury apartment with fantastic views. This apartment has been fully refurbished and is finished to a very high standard. There is a communal swimming pool set in lovely gardens offering plenty of shade if required. You can sit round the pool and watch the boats go out to sea, then sit on your balcony at tea time and watch them all returning, you'll never get bored, there's always something going on at the marina.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Wednesday (flights are cheaper mid week). Apartment is available from 1pm and has to be vacated by 10am on departure day for cleaning purposes.

Kitchen: Great kitchen, fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Breakfast bar and stools.
Living Rooms: Really nice lounge/dining area, leading out onto the large terrace. Leather corner group, marble dining table. Plasma TV, Sky(you need your own card), DVD player, CD player.

Fully air-conditioned/heated. Cool bag/foldaway chairs and parasols for you to use to go to the beach.

Outside
4 seperate balconies. Large balcony with table and 4 comfy chairs overlooking pool, gardens and the marina. Juliet balcony overlooking marina from bedroom 1. 2 balconies off bedroom 2, 1 has comfy chairs and views of marina and the other has a table and 4 chairs for eating outside.

Coast/Beach
Cala Dor is renowned for its 6/7 sandy coves, all of them are clean and very safe for children. The nearest beach to the apt is Es Pou, its a 5/10 minute stroll away.

Golf
Val Dor golf club is a 5-10 minute drive away.

Travel
Palma airport is a 45 minute drive away. Car hire is not essential as there is a good taxi service available at the airport. We can arrange collection/drop off, from the airport, at a very reasonable rate....ask me for details

Distances
The bars, shops, and restaurants around the marina are a 2 minute walk away. Cala D'or centre is a 10 minute fabulous stroll around the marina (drooling over the yachts), or you can walk in the opposite direction to Cala Egos which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

£100 per week deposit required. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
